Still waiting for my payment after 2…
Still waiting for my payment after 2 weeks, keep going back and forth over email. I've sent my confirmation (electronic with the tracking number etc) keep asking for the paper copy which I longer have as all the information is the same. Absolutely disgusting, lost all faith I'm going to get my payment. Avoid, avoid avoid!!

Choosing and purchasing the phone was…
Choosing and purchasing the phone was straight forward with immediate confirmation and details of when I would receive the phone.
I was very happy with the phone although I had a query from apple about the battery and decided to return it communication was great and there was no hassle. Emails with clear instructions were prompt and I felt reassured that everything was clear.

Really good service from magpie but…
Really good service from magpie but their delievery agents Evri Terrible. Its the third time i have had issue with this courier. Took me 3 days waiting around to get items delivered sometimes they didnt turn up. Would be 5 stars if wasnt for delivery.

I traded my phone in via a Timpsons…
I traded my phone in via a Timpsons branch on Saturday. This promised me same day delivery. Money was deducted for an almost imperceptible scratch which I accepted.
Since then I have received no money, the account is showing the phone hasn’t been received and music magpie have effectively zero customer service response.
I have, in a very businesslike way been the victim of phone theft.

VERY speedy delivery
VERY speedy delivery (i.e. ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday). Impressive 👍.
Unfortunately, two of the six CDs arrived with broken cases and one CD is quite badly scratched (let’s hope it plays ok 🤞). Not so impressive 👎.

I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order, I have called Royal Mail twice and the tracking still has not updated. It’s now been over a week and music magpie still has not replied to me. Awful customer service as theres no way of contacting them other than email and they don't even reply. Feel like I have been scammed. Stay away from this company
