MSc do loads of things right they are a top company, and I always say you can find good and bad in all cruise companies, msc are one of the best although can be very expensive compared to others, for onboard activities and excursions, but overall great company.

Provide tea and coffee facilities in your room at least.reasonbly priced trips.room size was small.drinks package are expensive unless your fortunate to get a deal and drinks could be priced reasonably.tea and coffee could be made available through the day also without paying extra and no charges for water..I would look else were other than MSC,had a better experience with Cunard and P&O

Apart from drinks and internet you also have a bar/lounge area plus restaurant. The top deck area has food and drink with a pool and hot tub. A butler to take you to shows and boarding/disembarking

We are sorry to say that the onboard experiences and entertainment on MSC Virtuosa seemed to be obviously aimed at being less intellectual, compared with other cruise lines we have experienced. The actual essential cooking detail standards were below par. The choices for true healthy eating does not seem to have been given enough consideration. The ship itself was fine and well run, as were most staff.

MSC standards have slipped
MSC standards have slipped. Being a Diamond member of the MSC Voyagers Club and being told by a senior manager that it means nothing. That they can’t actually meet what is stated as the benefits of their own Diamond Membership Voyagers Club Loyalty programme. If they cannot meet this why put it out like they are honouring our return custom. The general attitude of many staff towards guest was one of inconvenience, not to the standards of previous MSC Cruise. I could not tell you who the Cruise Director was. Never saw them at all in 7 days on the ship.

Our second time on the MSC Yatch club
Our second time on the MSC, the yatch clubs.
In general, it was a great time for us with a couple of firends. There were a couple of things we found a bit unusual.
First, when asking our butler about a piece of plaster, he said they dont keep it. I just wonder how they treat their chefs if they have a cut?
Then there was a live football match that we expected to watch on board, but again MSC did not get the access through any of their TV displays.
They did not either allow us to try the chargeable wine before buying it.
We have been most of the cruise lines, but found it very 'different' on the MSC yatch club. We were on the MSC Grandiosa this time.
We did enjoy and appreciate some priority services, especially when the ship arrives the ports and at the end of our excursions/returns to the ship. My firends are very happy with their butler as they got escorted through the baggage hall and the exit at the disembarkation port. Never mind! I did not get it with our butler!
We will consider more 'carefully' and hope to cruise with the MSC again!
