Great price and customer service
First of all, it was based on price. I needed new tyres for my MG4 and searched online. Mr Tyre offered the best price for the tyre I needed. Customer service was very good - several messages and an email confirming my appointment date, time and location. I also received a message offering me an upgrade at no cost to me. As the tyres I had ordered, wouldn't be available for my appointment. On the day, the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the fitters even dropping what he was doing to help me reverse out onto a busy road. Thanks guys. I'll be back!

Mr Tyres staff were genuinely friendly
Mr Tyres staff were genuinely friendly, professional and offered great advice. Their prices very competitive. Had 2 new tyres and wheel alignment. Whilst I waited for the work to be done, customers dropped in for work and they were repeat customers, it was like a "family" get together with all the banter and conversations. I will definitely use them agsin.

Had an emergency with tyre problems went here and despite being very busy they said no problem if you could wait a few minutes and we will have a look, which they did and we’re able to sort this for us, we were very pleased as we are pensioners and nothing was too much trouble thank you lads.

1st class once again
Booked appointment and ready to fit tyres.Made to feel welcome and explained what would be done including request to check tracking.
Chose Goodyear Four Seasons 2 front tyres.
Problem with locking wheel nut and recommended to go somewhere to have it removed and to go back for 2nd tyre to be fitted. We just turned up and although it was lunchtime and it was busy, we were seen straight away and the tyre was fitted.
Very friendly team, helpful and knowledgeable.
We have used Mr Tyre a few times and they never disappoint
