Thank you for your honest feedback, N Starling! 🐾 We completely understand your first impression after unwrapping, as the bed can take some time to fully expand and settle into shape after being vacuum packed. We’re really happy to hear that despite this, your dog absolutely loves it — that’s the most important part! Thank you again for sharing your experience with us. 😊

Hi Ms Davina,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation must be.
We’ve checked our system, but we’re unfortunately unable to locate any order matching the details in your review. Because of this, we’d kindly ask if you could double-check whether the purchase was actually made with MrFluffyFriend, or if it may have been with another company using a similar name. This does sometimes happen, and we completely understand how confusing it can be.
If your order was placed with us, please reach out directly at info@mrfluffyfriend.co.uk, and we’ll make sure to look into this for you right away.
If it turns out the order wasn’t made with us, we’d really appreciate it if the review could be moved to the correct page, as feedback like this can unfortunately have a serious impact on small businesses like ours.
We’re here to help and would like to get this resolved with you as quickly as possible.

Poppys heaven!!…
Would you believe that my whippet Poppy was watching me unpack the donut bed, which I gave a good shake and laid it on the floor ready for the 24 hour wait. Poppy had other ideas as soon as it was on the floor she promptly got in and went to sleep. She loves her new bed which replaced her worn out , old donut bed. Would recomment.

Was good experience
Was good experience . Yes my dog loves it . She settled on it more or less straight away . Was just a bit confusing when it arrived with all different bits . Trying to work out where they went . Could do with a diagram or instructions on which part goes where . Got there & everything is good .

Happy Dogs
Easy website and ordering. Kept informed of delivery time. It was difficult to undo, so much tape. But eventually it sprung out iff packaging. Also quite difficult to shake filling into shape. We left it 24hrs and dropped it on lounge floor. Literally seconds layer the dogs were all over it. Took to it straight away. Nice and soft, keeping its shape. They love it. I love it.

Pleased with MrFluffyFriend
Pleased with MrFluffyFriend. Small glitch with my order but resolved very quickly. Regarding the bed for our Labrador. The product itself is excellent, very fluffy looks comfortable, but unfortunately our furry baby will not entertain even putting her paw in the bed let alone sleep in it. However, we will hope to see her snoring happily in her new bed soon. If not a lucky doggy will be getting it at Dogs Trust it won't go to waste.

Hi Mrs SM,
Thank you for your kind feedback — we’re really glad to hear the issue with your order was resolved quickly and that you’re happy with the quality of the bed. 🐾
We’re sorry to hear your Labrador hasn’t taken to it yet. Some dogs need a little time to get used to a new sleeping spot, especially if they’re used to something familiar.
A few small tips that might help:
- Place her favourite blanket or toy inside to add a familiar scent
- Encourage her with treats when she approaches or steps on it
- Put the bed in her usual resting area so it feels more familiar and safe
