The “real”CEO reached out after I left a bad review
He offered to send a replacement bed, free of charge, no strings ( I had already received a full refund for the previous one) as he wanted me to try again.
This bed completely different from the first and my dog hasn’t stopped using it. So the original one must have been faulty/stored incorrectly, who knows, but this one is like chalk and cheese and I’m more than happy to leave a positive review and total respect to the company for believing in their product so much they are willing to put their money where their mouth is.
Thank you Bob

Lovely sofa which our pooch is just getting used to, thought it was a toy at first and dragged it around the lounge, now relaxes on it, he’s very good at relaxing, a master 😎… though he still treats the cushion it came with as a fluffy toy, god only know what he thinks it is 🤣.
All in all, very happy.

Hi Tim,
Thank you so much for your lovely and entertaining review! 😄
We’re delighted to hear that your pooch has finally decided that his new sofa is a place for relaxing rather than a giant toy! It sounds like he’s already a true relaxation expert. 😎🐾
As for the cushion, perhaps he has simply decided it’s his personal fluffy toy — every dog has their own way of enjoying their new things! 🤣
We’re so happy to hear that you’re pleased with the sofa, and we hope your little master enjoys many more cozy and relaxing moments on it!

Hi Linda,
Thank you for sharing your experience!
We're so happy to hear that Coco eventually gave the cooling mat a try and is now enjoying restful sleep on it. Some pets need a little time to adjust to something new, so it's wonderful to know she found it comfortable and that it helped her settle after those warm, restless nights.
We hope Coco continues to enjoy many peaceful and cool nights on her mat. 🐾

Girl loves it.
I bought my girl a plastic mat filled with gel, she was not impressed at all!..my friend said she bought a blanket from Mr Fluffy and was pleased with it. I ordered an XL, she's a cross between, Lab, Staffie and a pointer...its a perfect fit, she loves it, its been an absolute god send in this heat. Ive not washed it yet, but I can't see any reason why it won't wash well...I and my girl are super pleased. Delivery i think was near 2 weeks, they kept us updated on our order. Have recommended blanket to my dog friends...its excellent value for money..

Hi Sheridan,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We're thrilled to hear that your girl loves her new cooling blanket and that it's been such a help during the hot weather. It's especially great to know it was a success after she wasn't keen on a traditional gel mat. Our cooling mat works by helping dissipate body heat through its breathable fabric, rather than relying on gel, making it a comfortable option for many pets.
Thank you as well for your patience with the delivery and for recommending us to your fellow dog lovers. We truly appreciate your support!
