I'm allergic to onions and specifically said no onions, to my surprise my burger came with big ass onions, this is not the first time this has happened, MrD is just taking people for a piss, DO NOT ORDER FROM Mr D, rather use Uber eats or takealot
Uber guy lied about arriving
Been waiting almost 2 hours for my food. While tracking the order the guys said arrived where he was still picking up the food. My ice cream was melted my food was cold.
Terrible, appalling
Awful , I made a complaint about an incomplete order. I waited for 20 days and still heard nothing from them. On the 21st day I wrote to them again they told me that they couldn’t assist me. The order was 10 wings. The box actually came with eight wings and you think the rest of the wings would be somewhat of a decent quality but no. I’ve only made two complaints to Mr D the first time my order was not delivered the second time my order was wrong and now the third time my order is incomplete with awful quality and they will not help me. I mean it’s not even about the food the fact that they won’t even take any time out of the day to see to my complaint.I’m sick and tired of it

Worse service they advertise a false thing on their website i bought it only to get the opposite when I call them almost an hour on the phone multiple emails the only refunded the money for the item what about delivery fee I had to order again and in total had to pay 70 for delivery fee pathetic my last time of ordering there

Mr D never disappoints when it comes to efficiency. Food is neatly packed, delivered on time and the drivers are always friendly. Affordable, convenient and safe.

I recieved my order with missing items x4 and i called mr D. I spoke to a guy named Grandwill and let me tell you the service he provided!! In less than 10 minutes my wallet was credited with the amount spent on the missing items and not only was i impressed with his promtness but his overall service over the phone. He even called after to check if it reflected! He was polite, professional and very apologetic as if it was his fault but it was the restaurants fault!! I give Grandwill 10 out of 10 for how he speaks to customers and handles situations!!!

I would never recommend people to partner with Mr D/list their restaurant on their platform ! Their service is very horrible, down to the accounts manager helping you to list an incomplete profile. They don’t call for a follow up whatsoever.
Food allergy warning
Not only are the customer service agents completely unhelpful, the app has so many problems with listing substitutions as add-ons. Which results in restaurants adding a gluten free pasta alternative along with the gluten-containing pasta.
It has been more than 2 years of struggling to talk to a competent person on why this was unacceptable and the food was inedible because of the incorrect listings on the app.
Deceptive "Specials"
Generally good, but you are paying for convenience rather than any value on the meals themselves. They are actively deceptive with some specials, such as the recent "2-for-1" offers, where buying the offer is closer to the full price of two meals on the app with only a R53 saving (or less than 20% off).
I did bring this to their attention as I assumed it was a mistake, but instead of correcting it, they just told me that they "recommend reviewing the items in your cart before checking out".
Scammers
S*** experience, I accidentally ordered twice however I then cold steers to cancel the order they accepted the cancellation however when I called Mr d to cancel they said that the order had already been prepared which was incorrect because they said they won't make it also. They then chose to prepare the order after I had canceled just so that they wouldn't refund me
