They don't even deserve one star

They don't even deserve one star. And worst is you can complain as absolutely nothing will happen. They can even accuse you of repetitive reviewing on the app yet I have multiple pictures as proof. Delete the app and use Uber Eats. All I can say. Non existent service and rude.

Zero customer support !!!

Nothing has changed in years now and might even be getting worse. Use Uber Eats or another place that actually values customers. 1hr already BTW and still waiting on an agent to contact using the dumbass Whatsapp channel. After 4pm on a SUNDAY!, but apparently all the agents are busy. It must be a team of max 3 people or something.

Disgusting

Terrible! Drivers are incompetent - cannot follow simple GPS and directions, ignore your messages and phone calls. The help center is even worse. I am disgusted.

I am really disgusted with the Pnp through Mr Delivery app where agents will see things are out of stock ie your full order then deliver the thing you used to fill up basket for deliver,Why can the store or agent not call you before hand to ask if this should be delivered before delivery a R9 packet of chips for R35

I was scammed.

I made a card payment for an order and they took my money and then proceeded to cancel my order. Not a great experience at all. The call centre drops my call. It’s safe to say I was scammed out of my money.

Worst delivery company ever(2)
One of the milkshakes in my order spilled then the driver took my number and said he would get me a new one. Never got it, so I tried calling Mr D, there is never an answer. I've been logging a query every day now for 3 days because I want my money back. I get no response whatsoever. The customer service is very bad and unacceptable. Will never order from Mr D again!
Give me my milkshake Mr D!

Time delay, cold food

After collecting our meal today, the driver drove in the total opposite direction to our home for some time before realising the mistake. As a result, due to the added travel time, our food was stone cold. This was instantly taken up with Mr D, and the response was a R20.00 coupon. The ruined meal was in excess of R300.00. After further debate, the coupon value was increased to R30.00. Their excuse being that the food actually arrived "early", compared to their initial projected delivery time. As a years long supporter of Mr D, I will no longer be using their service and I caution other people to think wisely before supporting this awful provider.

The worst delivery company in South…

The worst delivery company. I do not recommend them!

Mrd just told me they won’t compensate me. When I did not ask for any compensation. Can they just refund me for the order they canceled last week.

I want my money back!

This is really disappointing and inhumane, what do you think am eating right now?
Are you scamming me on national platform?

I am really upset now. Taking our hard earned money ?

Can this company be closed down already!

Driver disappeared with order - worst than that is way call centre handled it , didnt contact driver , and informed that they do not know on turnaround time escalating my query - which did not happen before all restaurants closed

Mr delivery scam deduction

I had a terrible experience with Mr delivery regarding an order I placed through Mr. Delivery for a Pick n Pay grocery delivery. The exact amount from my cart was deducted from my bank account, yet the order did not appear in my order history, and I received no confirmation that the store had received it.

When I reached out via WhatsApp to resolve the issue, I was told my order had “not been finalized” but given no proper explanation. After providing proof of the deduction, my chat was abruptly closed, and my follow-up messages were ignored. To make matters worse, I was asked to provide a **bank statement** to prove the transaction—something that is completely unnecessary and a violation of consumer rights under **POPIA and CPA laws** in South Africa.

This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. Instead of assisting customers properly, they shift the responsibility and avoid accountability. I am still waiting for my refund and a proper response. I would not recommend using this service unless you are prepared to deal with poor customer service and potential financial issues.

Ordered during bad weather

Ordered during bad weather, delivery delayed by this. Mr D kept me informed , supplied channel to comms with driver. Delivery worked as best it could, driver delivered as soon as he physically could.
Restaurant food was not up to scratch, delivery was good

My order wasn't delivered, and I was really annoyed because the driver updated the status to delivered, however, the customer service personnel, when I requested a refund was great! it was easy with no hassle. really great customer service but horrible drivers.
