Niiiiiiiice, fast drive

I received reminders the day before departure. The drivers name and number, the time of departure and the time of arrival. Where I was going. And on the day I received more reminders and exact time. Couldn't have been better. No stress.

Our driver was promp and got us to the airport without any problems. He was friendly and accomodating.

The driver knew the area well. He was so fun and personable!

Our first time in Phuket and it was and we knew when we were in the immigration line we would be late to our pick-up point. Our pick-up driver had already txt us with his details and he was great.
Once at the pick-up point it was crazy, signs with people's names everywhere.
Once we found ours, a young lady called our driver driver to come in and in about 10 minutes minutes he arrived and we were on our way.

​It was an excellent service. The immigration lines during our arrival were quite long, so it took us an hour to get through, plus the baggage claim. Our driver, Saif Waleed, gave us excellent service despite being delayed for an hour based on our booking. Saif was very hospitable and shared helpful tips regarding getting around NYC. He ensured we had a safe ride from the airport to our hotel. We are very thankful for his kindness and the top-of-the-line service he provided.

I booked a private transfer through them and then I got a confirmation for a shared shuttle. When I claimed they told me it was a mistake and that I could cancel it if I did not want to pay more than double for a shared transfer that I could have booeked anywhere else... They do not give any guarantee to what the sell, they cheat on the offer, overcharge you and then avoid any responsibility. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Austin Richards Jr and his wife are the best and their vehicles are top notch and spotless new. No dirty old broken vans that stink like sweat, all new and clean vehicles. they are on time and take care of everything for you. This is our second rip with Austin, I would not dream of using anyone else when in Antigua!

Our driver was timely and attentive and got us to our destination right on time! They assisted with our luggage and also made sure we were safely into our Airbnb before leaving. Since we were three young woman traveling alone, we especially appreciated their care. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a ride on their vacations!
