A fast, clear and simple website.

Smooth experience

Always found the Mountvacation team to be really helpful, reliable and quick to respond. This is our 4th time booking ski trips with them.

Even though I had a bit of a problem paying for the holiday (my bank blocked the payment and I double booked my holiday), once I called them everything was solved quickly. Person I spoke with was very polite and willing to help.

Everything is easy to use etc.

Only thing is that I am not able to review my own booking. There is no special (personal) site. Where you for example fill in you booking-number and name, to check your own booking.

But after a mail to MountVacation I go a quick response back with the details, and all the answers to to questions.

The apartment is okay but beware the absolutely terrible local agent that you have to deal with, whose tone and manner is deeply unpleasant from the start. This is supposed to be a holiday.

Her name is Anne Rousset and she will demand you write all your credit card information on a form and email that across for the local taxes and 1000 euro deposit. With all the fraud awareness now, no one should be asking for written credit card details in 2024!

We are used to staying in chalets so spent 2 hours on the morning of our departure cleaning the chalet and taking all the rubbish to a recyling place a few miles away. On returning home we received a shocking email with a photo of a few crumbs we had missed inside the toaster and therefore they were not returning all of our deposit.

Also be aware that as you pay the local taxes, almost all accomodation in Morzine will enable you to get a much discounted multipass for lifts and activities but not this place. They simply don't bother to offer it.

The whole experience around these units is not worth it, there are plenty of other nicer places to stay in Morzine.

We've used this company many times before and found them to be quick, easy to use and efficient with their communications.
Excellent prices and choice of accommodation.

My booking reservation:(1530334 Portoroz Hotel Metropol 4 persons 10 days) amount was 3247 Euro and not 3798.00 EU. what you reported me back!

Please avoid at all costs apartment 806 through Julie (host) and Remy (co-host). Apartment is unclean, with no sheets or towels provided. Hosts charged for clean dishes being left on the drainer, and leaving of unused dishwasher and washing machine tablets, unopened pasta, oats. Also a clothes dryer being left unfolded! Totally unreasonable and have never had such an experience in 20 years of renting holiday accommodation. Also, false advertising of swimming pool and jacuzzi being available, when it isn't. Feel totally disgusted by their behaviour. This is not a reflection on the reception staff at the accommodation, who were lovely. They are being let down by appalling owners.

I have used mount vacation about seven times to book my apartment and ski pass in Puy St Vincent.
Every time is has been a seamless operation that has represented fantastic value and service.

The booking process was easy and the website very user friendly, however, I was not impressed with the way out booking was subsequently cancelled without reason. It was only when I confirmed with Mount Vacation on 3/1/23 that I found out the host had cancelled the booking.

All went smoothly. Good value. Just made my booking.
