Don't honor their own policies
Bought a piece of mounting hardware from them. Turned out not to need it before i ever even opened the shipping package. Read the return policy on their site and it stated that customers need to get an RMA # to return something otherwise they will have to pay their own return shipping. Got an RMA # then when I asked for a return shipping label and I was coldly brushed off and refused. I pointed out the policy on their site and was told I still wouldn't receive a shipping label regardless. After 7 emails with the same response I gave up and told the woman my dissatisfaction would go in the review. She didn't seem to care.
QD Mount-N-Slot: Short Bolts, Good Support
I recently purchased a QD Mount-n-Slot adapter from MSP and the product arrived within a week or so. However, the included bolts were not long enough to completely pass through the slot on my TPB12 (no fault of the MSP, I just have a thick stock I guess).
I reached out to MSP's support on a Saturday, stating my issue, providing some pictures to illustrate my predicament, and asking if they could provide the dimensions of the bolts, a part number, or if they sold longer bolts for the adapter.
I immediately received an automated email stating they were understaffed at the moment and a response may take up to 72 hours. Thankfully, even though it's the holiday season, I received a reply on Monday.
The VP of marketing replied with "The tread is 8-32 x 5/8" Fastenal #1123115
You will need to find the longer version".
Short, sweet, and to the point. Sure, there weren't any pleasantries, and it's always nice to read a "Hey, thanks for your patronage. I checked into this and blah blah blah. Let me know if there's anything else." in a support email, but it was exactly the information I needed and in an expeditious fashion. I can't be upset with that.
Being a little short-handed at the moment seems to be the pervasive theme in the other reviews here, so I don't know if they have issues holding onto employees, or if they just lean on that as a small business where their employees wear several hats. Either way, reading this in several other reviews and then experiencing it myself, does make me wonder.
Overall, I had a pretty good experience and asked them if they had a survey or something I could fill out. I would have appreciated a little more friendliness in the support, but I got my questions answered without trouble.

I've been waiting over a month for a product that they say, via email only, can't talk to anyone, "short-staff". Take a look at Google maps and you'll see all you need. And, the card I used to pay for this item has been jacked. I'm calling my bank tomorrow to have a mych closer look at numerous charges that I didn't make. Not saying it was done here, but I'm going to put a closer inspection on this. They can't be the only place that makes this item. Something is fishy here, prove me wrong.

I recently installed the Vortex Defender-CCW Micro Red Dot on my Glock 19, and it’s been an awesome upgrade! If you’re looking for a high-quality Glock 19 red dot, this one should definitely be on your radar. The sight is compact but doesn’t sacrifice any durability or performance. I’ve taken it to the range a few times already, and the clarity of the glass combined with the crisp dot makes target acquisition super fast, even in low light. Plus, the adjustments are precise, and it holds zero like a champ.
The fact that it uses an RMSC footprint made mounting it a breeze – no extra plates or hassles, it fit perfectly. For anyone running a Glock 19 or similar setup, this is a solid choice for adding a micro red dot. I’ve tried other optics, but the Vortex red dot really impressed me with its ruggedness and how well it handles under recoil.
If you’re like me and love upgrading your Glock 19 accessories, you can’t go wrong with this optic. Just as everyone says, they don’t respond, they don’t answer phones, they hold your money and sebused sgit. They should be shut down immediately but guess Florida doesn’t care.
Ordered a front grip for a firearm
Ordered a front grip for a firearm, package apparently got lost before it even left the state. I contacted MSP and both they and I did a missing mail search. A month later and still nothing. I asked MSP to either send a new one or refund my order. They refused to do either. They said I have to wait 90 days. Having to dispute the charge with my bank now. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Do not order from them.
Do not purchase from them
I purchased the PTK-M Angled Foregrip. The product itself is nice though false advertisement from the video they provided. It does not have storage nor does it come with the thumb guard. Not worth 40 dollars for just that. However, the worse part is the seller. The item was obviously used for it was already opened and dirty, it literally had a detached insect wing on it. When I went to attach it to my AR15, I discovered one of the M-Lok nuts were not even threaded! That must be why it was sent back in the first place and they just decided to send out to me, disgusting. I would not suggest this seller! In fact I tried to post this on their site but they will not post it! Smart on their part but damn they are rotten!
zero communication doesnt actually ship
items say they are in stock and ship that day but they aren't even in stock with zero eta. per their own voicemail they aren't manning the phones. real communication is impossible. all around don't recommend.
Their prices are good and quality…
Their prices are good and quality products. Items shipped fast and they responded to a questions via email quickly. Only thing they could do better is provide tracking. I waited like 3 or 4 business days and never got a ship notice. Then I emailed them about status of my order, well the next day the items were delivered, so tracking and notification could be better. Would def buy from them again.

Pitiful. The item I ordered is on backorder. They did not notify me or ever provide any information to inform me of this. My order has been (Pending) for over 5 days. Customer service phone number is not (Manned) thier words. Calling is pointless. They expect you to wait 72 hours to receive any response to your emails. Had I known any of this I would've paid twice as much to have a tracking number or any pertinent information. Just order your product direct from the product manufacturer. I did and it turns out the manufacturer is 3 hours away from my address. Don't waste your time or money!
