I bought a Schuberth E1 Tuareg yellow helmet. I have to say I haven't tried it on the bike yet but it looks very good so far.
The experience with Motostorm.it is also very good. I received the helmet within a few days. I recommend!

Beware after completing payment and getting confirmation mail now showing no order. My Order reference #497841 this but when I try to check it on my account them showing no order. It’s a fraud please don’t use this site not getting any response from support team as well as

I have been send 2 emails (23.12 and today morning) about my order, no reply.
Order placed 13.12.2022 should be shipped 20.12.2022, still "order in progress" not processed, and of course not shipped.

Very bad website and not answering the mail and not care

Ordered a Termignoni Exhaust on Nov 22nd and it has been 3 weeks with no communication from the company with regards to a tracking number or estimated shipping date.

I’ve tried emailing as well as using the online contact form but no response.

I just want to know the status of my order……and I see the owner does respond here so maybe this will get the ball rolling.

I am 100% willing to change my rating if I hear back from them….

Until then, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend even though the prices are very good.

Never got my item shipped. Order #484822. Expected Shipping Day was November 29th. Haven’t received any updates either.

Update: Received my order. Took a while, but great quality and much cheaper than buying in the US.

Hi, I have orded my helmet on Black Friday with 30% off price. Today is December 6, and I just got it deliverd to my address in Slovakia. Right color, right size. What to say, my personal experience is exceptional good. I only can recommend. Ride safe :) Viktor

I think that my money was ripio off since the merchandise is already pay.
Today is Dec 9 2022. Last thing I was told that as you can see that the helmet was deliver. Then they were going to open a claim to UPS.
UPS has allways giving me diferent excuses, but reality is no helmet on my posecion.and no replying from Motostorm to my E Mail.
Supposedly UPS left the package on the door. So my guest is I lost my money. UPS has a horrid customer service and if the answering machine does not recognize your tracking your are screwed.
Es Dec 9 2022. No casco lo ultimo que me dijeron. Que ya lo entregaron, pero yo nunca lo recibí.
Que Vian abierto una investigation, pero ahora ni mis correos electronicos contestan, motostorm.
Me himajino que con esto perdi mi dinero. UPS tiene un pesimo servicio si la contestadora automatica no reconocer tu número, no hay forma de obtener informacion. Una leccion halgo cara.

Same as others in this thread. Ordered October 27, money was deducted immediately and email stated expected to ship November 3 but it’s now November 6 and still haven’t shipped. Very disappointed

Placed the order on 7 Oct 22 and received confirmation that the order was received and payment was deducted. I am yet to receive confirmation that the order has been processed however and shipped. Not concerned yet, but reading the other reviews on the poor communication has prompted me to stay across this, as it was an expensive purchase. Order # 473535

I ordered the item September 20 and it said the expected shipment was September 29 today is the 4th of October and the status of my order has not changed I even emailed the company and no response I'm super upset because I really wanted this product. Most likely I will have to open a claim with PayPal

Ordered Dainese Auroa boots for my partner.One boot fitted perfect, one didnt fit due to excess loose material around the ankle, bunching under the foot.Service was slow, and not very helpful.Wanted us to send new boots back for repair! When pressed promised to send warranty replacement AFTER our boots sent back.Won't purchase again from this company or buy Dianese again

Great price however slow processing good delivery with Fed Ex happy I never got stung for import duties which I was expecting all in all, I'm very pleased with MotoStorm & would use them again when I'm looking for high value drone accessories !

I placed an order on 5th Sep 22 ref. 465325 and still not received my order, and they do not respond to emails........................
If not received by 21st Sept I will request a refund from Paypall for complete failure
