I ordered a premier helmet on 26/4. Received a message after payment by credit card that the helmet was no longer in stock and that the money was refunded. Are now 5/7, even after several contacts with the shop, I still haven't gotten my money back.

My order was from Bulgaria. The delivery was fast. I'm glad there was a model for my motocycle.

My order no. 847329 registered on 08/05/2025 seems to have been mailed at an incorrect address which I have been pointing out since so many days, but no response from the co and the tracking has been saying awaiting instructions from the sender. This has been very agonising as the helmet is expensive and no where abouts yet.

Due to the recent tarrifs in the US the helmet attracted heavy duties due to which my order was cancelled and I got my refund today, 10th June.

Ive bought 4 helmets over the last 6 months. Prices are great but shipping is a little slow. Be careful on the sizes but this is a manufacturer issue not the store issue, however the store should be more open to its consumers to advise variances in actual sizing vs its listed sizing even with the same manufacturer. For example I bought a Nolan Carbon/Gold 804 in size L (my normal size) and correct according to the size chart, but its too tight. I then bought a different Nolan XL and that was perfect (but far too big for me according to the size chart). So I bought another XL same model different color but the chin straps wont even click on the first notch without choking me - super dangerous. The straps are adjusted to the maximum, so the ratchet system should really be the adjuster but it barely even meets and thats an XL helmet and for the record - I have only 1 chin.
Bottom line is company is legit, beware of the products as you need to pay the import duties and shipping back if you return which you wont get back. Outlet moto: please do a better job to describe your products or place reviews on your website for consumers to make the best decision for their purchases

The ordering and shipment was all fine but I missed communication in English language.

I took the IXON jacket and pants, as well as a back protector. Everything arrived in Germany in 2 days. I don't comment on the price, because everyone can see it, and I got the item at a price I couldn't find anywhere. All recommendations for cooperation with this seller.

The price of the item was unbeatable and the international shipping was fast. Also the Helmet arrived in great condition.

I purchased a helmet from this place on the 10th of December in which it stated it would be shipped within 11 days. On the 20th of December my helmet was collected by the courier. First of all I had to ask Outletmoto for the tracking number. Secondly my helmet should have been delivered by the 2nd of January latest as the courier I paid for said it would take 6-7 days to get to SA. I am still awaiting my helmet. When I track the parcel it says it is still in Italy. I contacted Outletmoto about this and all they said was they have asked the courier for a faster delivery. They refuse to give me the courier contact details to ask what is going on.

I've ordered a jacket No58 and ask them if the size is in EU or IT and they said it's in EU then the jacket I received was in 56 EU their mistake.
But they are professionals and solved the issue in zero time.I will buy from them again and again. A big bravo to their team support.
