Excellent service brilliant job
I originally ordered a new toiler from the manufacturer but they informed me they could not fit it to the existing pipework. I
contacred Passmores who came and inspected the existing toilet and said that fitting my new toilet would not be a problem. They provided me with a fitting date and completed the work with no mess no fuss. Excellent service and brilliant job.

A seamless service
Everyone at Passmore’s , from Andy the designer to Chris the fitter, was a pleasure to deal with. They ensured the whole process was as stress- free as possible and the new bathroom is beyond our expectations.

Very pleased with end result
We chose More Bathrooms as we wanted a company to do everything start to finish. We were replacing a bath with a walk in shower and decided we might as well do the whole bathroom.
Michelle gave us ideas we hadn’t thought of but also incorporated everything we had asked for in the initial design.
Our fitter Mark was wonderful, we went to stay with friends whilst the work was being carried out and returned for the positioning of grab rails and accessories. Every where was clean and tidy and although Mark encountered some problems along the way he had overcome them and done a superb job.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends in the future.

Renewing my bathroom
Good plumber electrics were good,but I had to get in touch with the office due to the fact i wasted a full day due to electrician not coming had I known he not coming on that day I would have not cancelled my hospital appointment. I wasted another day due to the fact the guy who was supposed to collect my old bathroom didn't appear so another wasted day and once again I had to get in touch with the office to reschedule.once that situation was resolved everything was great

I apologise about the days that tradesmen didn't show up but I am happy everything was resolved and that your happy with the works. Thank you ever so much again.
Room for improvement
The chap who did the work was excellent but there was no way to know how much we were spending in the showroom, no tiers of pricing on anything so a lot of smoke and mirrors around cost.
The sales person chose the items in the bathroom except flooring and tiles which was a bit weird. We had to amend some things afterwards.
Also, very poor communication within the firm itself and a lack of understanding that we both work and are not just here all the time available and waiting for bathroom people to come round.
It’s now over 2 months since the work was done and we still have snagging issues. Given the overall cost, it needs to be right.
Not the best experience but the subcontracted workman who did the job was great.

Excellent Emil
We had our small bathroom renovated by Emil who was polite, respectful and very hardworking. He would update us with his progress on a daily basis and let us know what would be the next step, also if there were any problems he would give us a heads. The quality and standards of his work was excellent and would recommend him to anyone.

Paul the fitter was great. Although the job involved more than what we initially thought he kept us in the loop everyday.

Our bathroom fitter (Andy) was the most punctual, tidy and conscientious trades person I’ve ever come across. He took his time to ensure our bathroom was finished to a meticulously high standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Passmore to anyone.

First Class bathroom installation!
We have just had our bathroom refitted to make it more accessible for my elderly Mum. The whole process from the first meeting to the completed installation has been straight forward, professional, well planned and the attention to detail by the installer was second to none.
Nothing was too much trouble. Every stage of the process was clear and well communicated and we were treated as valued customers.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish.
I wanted a quality bathroom without organising everything myself and more bathrooms took it all on.
Design was great, ideas I would never have considered for our small bathroom making it feel bigger and luxurious.
Lots of checks and a detailed survey to make sure there were no surprises.
It started a few days late but we were kept informed.
Lewis was our fitter and he was fabulous. Nothing fazed him. He sorted previous poor plumbing, he worked hard, clean and tidy as well.
There was a miss on planning second fix with the electrician but Lewis got that sorted and the electricians were equally diligent and pleasant in their work.
Leak testing done before leaving.
Very happy with our new bathroom and would definitely recommend more bathrooms. Price is not as much as I thought it would be and seeing the process and end result, well worth it for a good design, quality fixtures and workmanship and no hassle for me.

Brilliant fitters
We have just had an ensuite and small bathroom designed & fitted. The design process was good although a couple of small things in the design did not translate into the final product. However I cannot fault the 2 fitters - Ben & Aaron. Super professional, thorough and considerate. Feel really fortunate to have had them. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The 2 bathrooms look great. I think the whole experience of doing it all through this company was efficient and reassuring in terms of any snags or aftercare.

A carefully managed, step by step approach to 2 beautiful bathrooms. Not without small speed bumps but solutions sorted as we progressed.
Jaroslaw our fitter was simply spectacular with his attention to detail. He was here most days for the best part of two months.

A nice bathroom - at last 😊
We needed a complete new bathroom and decided on More Bathrooms from the Harrogate showroom. I knew what I wanted and Andy drew up the plans. I chose the tiles from the somewhat limited selection in the showroom but we were quite happy with our choices. You can shop elsewhere for tiles if they don't have what you want. We agreed a start date on a Monday but the work didn't start until the Wednesday. The fitter made a good start and changed the layout slightly for the better but with time off, sick leave, injury, plus a bank holiday the work continued into a third week! Ben, the third fitter came and finished the job over 2 days, he worked hard and it looks great, just what we wanted. Our toilet flush needed adjusting a few days later when another guy fitted the curtain rod. So from start to finish it took over THREE weeks for a small bathroom which was not what we were told to expect and we were very inconvenienced for washing and showers.
Fortunately we had a separate toilet!

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from Passmores from our initial enquiry to completion of the work. My elderly aunt needed a bath removing and walk in shower fitted. She received assistance from everyone to ensure she got exactly what she needed and was updated at every stage of the process. The fitter Liam did an excellent job installing the shower and was brilliant when my aunt had a bad fall on the first morning, he helped her and then called an ambulance. During her stay in hospital he regularly kept us updated on his progress. She is so pleased with the final result and regrets not having it done sooner. We would definitely recommend the company to others.
