Used Moores Appliances (Rory) for a fixed fee cooker repair.

He was very quick at responding, attended the property within 24 hours and was quick to diagnosed issue. Ordered the part and the cooker was repaired within a week of reporting. Very efficient and professional.

I would highly recommend the service and they offer a 12 month Warranty on parts fitted as well, which is great peace of mind!

We needed a replacement dishwasher, I took some time to check which one I wanted and contacted Moores - they undercut everyone else and delivered within a few days. An amazing local firm who shows the big companies how it should be done!

I bought a hob first to try this seller, they were perfect in following up and sent a message with the delivery time slot, the driver was here in time.

Then I bought a dishwasher from them as I got the best service I need it.

Kitchen fitters were still there when the delivery was expected, I phoned and changed the delivery date; then before it, the fitters asked for the dishwasher as it was integrated and they needed to fitt it; then I phoned Moores and they bring it next day as I wanted it.

I can’t ask for better service really.
Moores prices are at least 10% cheaper than other seller.

Couldn't have been better. Easy to order and pay online, followed by a telephone call from Moore's to arrange delivery. Polite and courteous delivery guys arrived on time; unpacked and positioned the new machine and removed old machine and packaging from site. Highly recommended.

When I first rang Moore’s I explained I was after a certain neff dishwasher, the lady explained the Bosch one was the same dimensions with a quicker delivery.

What great advice very pleased with the shop, delivery and excellent installation service. Bosch dishwasher is excellent also a very good dishwasher and such an improvement over my old Neff.

Very good service from the fitter. Only complaint was that when I ordered it on the web site it said delivery in 3-4 working days which I was happy with. But on completion of my order and payment. Moores contacted me to say they would order from the maker and should receive it within 14 days. So beware if you have no cooker you may have to wait
