Excellent service and delivery very fast. Lovely quality item

Order was cancelled 4 days after being placed, yet they had already taken the money & no mention was made of this/ or when it would be returned when told of cancellation.

This was the first & last time I will order from Monsoon.

Value and style.

The dress naterial was such good quality. Its too big but the style and everything is spot on.
Even the beautiful packaging makes it look the part. I have no critism to give

Pleased about: V glad Sale stock available online when no longer in shops. Delivery came soon after purchase and at the time I was told; dresses good for what I saw online (though I hadn't realised the red dress had such an asymmetrical hemline)
BUT unfortunately neither fitted properly - too long-waisted for me, and my 34 bust is too small for a size 18, which I need for my hips! I am the wrong shape for Monsoon, maybe...certainly for waisted dresses.
I will return the red dress to the Upper Street, Islington, Monsoon branch (so sorry to learn the Covent Garden branch closed) and pass the navy dress on to a better-shaped, taller niece.
But two final minor points: Upper St said I can get an immediate refund if I paid with VISA (which I did)
- but should there not be a warning online that you can't return goods to a shop if you used PayPal or Klarna to pay?
- and there didn't seem to be any paperwork in my bag about returns (like I get from Crew Clothing when I buy online)

The dress arrived quickly and was lovely quality. Unfortunately it was too big but the process to return it was simple and quick. Just waiting on the return of my money which i hope will be just as smooth.

Ordered a lovely kimono-esque jacket - received quickly. No problems and fits perfectly to size, for me.

It is terrible; the stitching was done incorrectly. This proves the quality is poor—a complete waste of money.

The jump suit is perfect, but because of Monsoon ordering online web that wasn’t good, having made several attempts and then had message please retry

Then chkng my bank I see I have been charged for TWO items so on that that amount of £85 had to pay GST tax.
And now I have to return one. But the jumpsuit is gorgeous.

Although a pretty dress, the 'V' neck is rather low if you are small busted, and not flattering The zip was a nightmare, luckily I had someone in the house as I could not undo it myself. I realise there are lots of seams around the waist detailing, but perhaps it should have been made in a lighter lace fabric to combat this? Unfortunately I had to return.

Really stunning swimming costume for my daughter, great price, hopefully she’ll get loads of wear as will look great as a top with shorts too, quick delivery

Got the wrong size but when I tried to contact customer service iv had no response to try and help me fix it.

I've never ordered from monsoon online before, but ordered 2 wedding dresses to try. It was easy and the dresses arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I am returning the unwanted one, but this process also has been easy and stress free.

This was my first order from this brand. As for the quality, I expected a better finish—the stitching is poor. I bought it on sale, but I wouldn't have paid the full price for it. Delivery was flawless.
