Asked customer service re length and…

Asked customer service re length and had prompt reply. Ordered dress which arrived promptly. Loved it was packed inside a blue fabric bag, though for a moment wrong coloured dress had been sent out which was funny.

Well packed garments,quick delivery and…

Well packed garments,quick delivery and all clothing beautifully made. The only drawback for us oldies is that we cannot do a printout of the free return label and so have to find someone to do it for us. Would rather have Royal Mail delivering. Other than that, I just love your clothing always have done. Still have lots of older pieces when it was available in the town( East).

returning the order

When asking for help returning the order. I didn't get the explanation I asked for. It seemed very good in that you had 5 options for free returns but it wasn't clear as to which option to choose if you had no printer. In the end I paid a company to print the label sent to me.

I love the dress, but..

I love the dress, it flatters and hangs nicely. It’s a lovely soft green with a floral pattern that is quite subtle. It fits well too. But the fabric creases really badly. It arrived looking screwed up and took ages to press. Hence the 4 stars not 5.
