The customer service is exceptional, I had bought numerous pieces of jewellery from the store and online, recently a bracelet that my children bought for me had broken, it was engraved, they replaced it, and the engraving, it was a quick and easy return and replacement, great communication. I will definitely continue to shop here, not just for the quality and choice but for the value they place on the customer

My fiancé had organised a wedding present for me from Monica Vinader. Unfortunately, he ordered a size too big. When he went online to see if he could order a new one, they had a lead time of 7-9 weeks which would mean I couldn't have it for the wedding day. Cora at customer service managed to get the Covent Garden store to put two different sizes on hold for 31/03/26.

Yesterday, I visited the Covent Garden store with my mum and Olga and the other assistants were nothing short of brilliant. They had the bracelet ready and waiting, they helped keep the surprise by making sure I didn't see the product but could try it on to check sizing, helped with payment and honouring an online discount my fiancé had previously been able to get, and engraved the gift beautifully. My fiancé, Jamie, has been so overwhelmed with how brilliant the customer service has been, and the employees' genuine excitement and care for our big day, that he asked me to go and get Olga some flowers. I then popped back into store and gave her some tulips as her service truly did go above and beyond! We are so grateful for her kindness, excitement, and professionalism. She is a credit to your company name!

The after care service appears extremely good. I sadly recently had to return earrings but my money was refunded without question and very quickly. It is good shop in Covent Garden and the staff are extremely helpful.

To celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday, I booked for her an ear piercing appointment at Monica Vinader piecing studio at Canary Wharf today. In the text confirmation of the appointment it was mentioned that I should bring government ID for me and my child. I had my driving license with me and my daughter had a photo Child Travel ID issued by the TfL, which is part of the UK government. The Travel ID was not accepted as enough proof of the identity or age of my daughter. I offered to provide an image of her passport, this was not accepted either. Who would have thought that Monica Vinader is stricter and more bureaucratic than the UK banks? Needless to say the day was a fiasco instead of a celebration...

I ordered a locket and chain for my daughter and only after paying did I realise I hadn’t mentioned inscription. I contacted them on WhatsApp and had the most wonderful customer service from Jacob, he was very helpful and patient. I haven’t received my purchase yet but if the products are as good as the customer service I will not be disappointed.

My experience with the lovely MJ on the phone today was excellent.
There was an issue with delivery of an e voucher I had ordered and she resolved it immediately. MJ was friendly and professional.
Customer service like that makes resolving an issue straightforward and stress free. 🙂

I had a really positive experience with Monica Vinader customer service, especially Jacob who has been incredibly helpful.
I initially visited the Edinburgh store but left feeling a bit unsure about my options. When I contacted customer service, Jacob took the time to clearly explain everything and guide me through the best solution for my ring.
He was patient, understanding and went the extra mile to help, even arranging things that I couldn’t do directly through the website. It honestly made such a difference and restored my faith in good customer service.

As always I just had a very good experience with MV. I had a problem with a piece that I bought about 6 months ago. In store the matter was dealt with professionally and pleasantly. Within 3 days I had received a brand new replacement delivered to my home, packaged with their usual care and attention to detail. I have many MV pieces and look forward to buying more in the future. Beautiful jewelry and well priced.

I have been buying and wearing MV earrings for a few years now becayse I love the styles and versatility. I also used the repairs or return process twice now because of coating falling off and it has been an easy process. Customer support are incredibly helpful and do everything to help me make the most of my earrings. Harley from customer support was amazing last time and helped me get a new pair of earrings after the ones I sent for repairs could not be replaced. I learnt a lot from her about looki g after the earrings, using vouchers and enjoyed making a pruchase. I will be a loyal customer for long if this keeps up. Thank you!!

Monica Vinaders customer care team is amazing with a special mention to Harley. I spoke with him over the phone and he went way past my initial expectations for customer service staff. He was very attentive and really knows his stuff about everything honestly a lovely chap to talk to and I genuinely feel as if I could talk on and on and on. It really does give such a personal touch to customer service and not many people realise how important and how much of an effect it has on customers like myself. Give this chap the credit he deserves, he clearly loves what he does and I have to say bravo
