Filing claims is easy and they made me aware of many class action suits that I had no idea about.

The information is helpful, the filling out part is confusing
Parker the CEO was very helpful. He completely understood that subscription was not feasible at the moment and issued a full refund! Thank you again!
The site charges you 119.88 every six months. You will sign up without knowing that this is what you’re signing up for. They also give no “heads up” when 6 months later, long after you’ve forgotten about their useless service you suddenly have a withdrawal from your account. This is likely bc the service is useless-and they know it, and you’d simply cancel beforehand. Now, I realize they aren’t required to give any sort of notice, but let’s admit… it’s crappy. My bank contacted me about some suspected fraud on my account, that is how I learned I somehow signed up and have a subscription. I do recall looking at money pilot after seeing an ad ( it’s a scam… don’t do it!) but no idea I was signed up for anything long term. When I emailed the company, crickets. But my subscription is cancelled—-no reply, no refund, nothing. Just stay away entirely… it’s simply a gimmick to get your money, nothing more.
UPDATE:
I did receive a refund shortly after posting my review. Ironic? I think not. Now fast forward to yesterday 9/30, I received a request from Moneypilot to verify I’m real, saying if I don’t reply they will mark my review as unverified and the second email even said they could have my review removed. So I sent the information but it does ask for a reference number that they didn’t give in the emails. So we will see if that is how they are going to get my review removed. Just know, I am very much a real person.

Im glad it will be resolved hopefully soon
I requested my subscription to be cancelled two days ago and it is already cancelled. I was pleasantly surprised of the quick response. If I decide to come back to Money Pilot, I wouldn’t hesitate. Thank you!
It’s been a great experience on using this app. It takes a while for the process but it’s normal I guess.
A very quick response back. Explained the answer to my questions very easily and thoroughly.
Thanks
The customer service I received from was extremely prompt and Parker was very professional. His messages to me were well written and I found the tone to be one of concern and a willingness to want to help me with the issue I was having. I think MoneyPilot is a great site and from the other reviews I've read and my own experience, it is worth it to join but you have to have the time to do it. MoneyPilot doesn't do everything for you and as the user you can't just sit back and watch the money roll in. It is still the responsibility of the user to monitor the site and their active arbitrations as well as searching for new suits that come out that you may find your name in. Unfortunately, I did not have the time necessary to work on it now but Parker was very helpful and I was able to cancel my account knowing that I can change my mind in the future and restart my subscription.
MoneyPilot has been a helpful service for keeping track of class‑action settlements. It matches me to real, court‑approved cases and files the claims automatically, which saves a lot of time and hassle. I like that they don’t take a percentage of payouts, and the dashboard makes it easy to see what’s pending. As long as you understand it’s a subscription service, it’s a solid way to make sure you don’t miss out on settlements you qualify for.
You are led to believe that you will access to lots of claims until you start the membership process. During the process you are told you have to more money to have access to different types of claims. It like being sold a car and then being told you have to pay for the engine, wheels and roof separately.
Its all a con.
