My knowledge about the bookkeeping is weak, but thank for the support from MoneyMonk, I can treat the most by myself. However if they have the language option, it would be mroe helpful.

I just started using MoneyMonk and I like it so far. The app is intuitive, easy to use and it handles everything you need for your business. Would love an english version in the future.

Very easy, intuitive, integrated Accounting solution

Really easy to use the tool to keep my business finance in order. It was a blessing when I had to declare taxes. And the best of moneymonk is the customer support, always open to help you and give you tips that save time managing your finances.

The only improvement I will suggest is to have the tool in English as well. I am using Google Translate plugin in browser but it's not the same.. ;)

Very very good accounting app, everything is smooth and convenient. If you're looking for an easy accounting, it's for you. I've been searching for one, and the rest is a nightmare so far. So if you look for something hassle free, moneymonk is definitely for you. There’s also mobile app where you can easily scan your receipts and process them on desktop version. Customer support is amazing as well, quick and helpful, you can share your screen and get help you need. Can’t forget to mention startup call from the team where they answer all your questions and help you to set up everything. Well done guys! I was almost desperate with accounting apps since they are so complicated but moneymonk is amazing one where it doesn’t take you university professor degree to keep all your business numbers and invoices clear. Plus one loyal customer!

As a new business owner, I am extremely happy with MoneyMonk’s services! I recently had a free appointment with Dylan, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He patiently explained how to register my work hours, create and send invoices, handle VAT returns, and process receipts. The platform is well thought out, covering every small detail to make bookkeeping easier. Functionality wise MoneyMonk is awesome. As someone who just became a small business owner it is awesome. The things Iove:
- Creating an invoice from my hours input and mailing it to my customer. When I first became a freelancer I was worried about the invoice creation but this tool just handles it super nicely, including the part of updating the numbers and tracking payments.
- BTW handling. Just great. Not only from expenses but also from my invoices. And automaticaly factors in the paid BTW upon the submission of invoices.
- Bank connection. Awesome feature. I can very simply label every transaction and it will prepare it nicely for my accountant.
- free accountant connection. This simplified my life so much.

Point of improvement:
- the Android mobile app is still a bit quirky. No tfully functional but I do see things coming there from the desktop version. Sometimes I strange scenarios where depending on the day, a (different) set of 4 or 5 screens was available.

Thanks to MoneyMonk I run my business with 0 paper. I am so glad for the person who recommended this to me.

Had a helpful startup session. As I am getting to know the system I have had many questions but I can always find the answer either in the program or when I call and get kind and patient workers on the line.

Moneymonk has been a great part of my entrepreneurial journey since 2020 as eenmanzaak and later in 2022 turned into BV. Moneymonk also provided assistance during the transition from eenmanzaak to BV. Its recent updates on which the invoice can be automatically input to the system as well as synchronization moneymonk with Rabobank are topper! If support is needed, the team is fast response and a phone call away from solution. My accountant has a window access to it as provided by the system. I am an expat and able to navigate moneymonk in Dutch language with minimum to no challenge. I recommend Moneymonk to all of my entrepreneur colleagues as it helps me a lot.

I could recommend MoneyMonk to any one, who is looking for a bookkeeping system that makes sense and is simple to use.
Becausae my existing boekhouding became more expensive, I started to look for a new one. I tried and tested many. As a non-Dutch speaker I found difficulties to understand some systems. They just looked to complex. Somehow I had a great experience wirth MoneyMonk. They offer all what an eenmanszaak needs for bookkeeping and yet the way they build the system makes sense even for a non-dutch speaker. Awesome! Bookkepping made simple!
I love how their support articles are only a click a way (literally). While I browse from one page to the other, the support artciles change according to the keywords it finds in the page I am browsing. Very clever! It means I can find answers related to the page I am at that moment. They have also made videos for a few features. In my opinion their aim is to make it work for the client!

I appreciate the way they price their packages according to the Omzet (what you earn). If your income is not high, they charge a low fee. The fee changes as you earn.

I would advise MoneyMonk to continue developing their iOS app. It's way too basic! It needs more features, for example even to add simple costs.

I am new to the MoneyMonk platform. I received an onboarding support by Dylan. It was incredibly helpful! His directions were very clear and he was very kind.

The platform offers all accounting actions in one place. As a freelancer it is great to know that you can manage all by yourself. And for any questions / issues MoneyMonk team is easy to reach.

Their user-friendly platform and affordable pricing make them a top choice. Highly recommended!

I have been using Moneymonk for 1 year and a half and everything works as expected. I am able to do all my administration with ease, record my hours, create invoices, VAT, etc. If I don't know how to do something in the system, I contact their support desk and they are always fast to respond, efficient and very attentive. If you are a ZZPr and you are thinking of a tool that will help with your administration, this is the one! Fully recommended.

Friendly customer service and easy to use

I spoke to Dylan from customer service for a personal introduction to MoneyMonk, he was really friendly and helpful. It’s great that you can have a one on one intro with a nice human! The interface is really simple and easy to use. I need to get my teeth into it but so far I have a very good impression.
