Returns are insanely tedious: do not recommend
The coat was immaculate, like it had never been worn. But I had no way to know that because the photos are insufficient. Item arrived the day after I ordered it, very well packaged. But the reason I ordered from them at all was because of their return policy. I requested a return within an hour of receiving the coat, they don't just give you a code or a prepaid slip by email (which is easy) they mail you a return sticker. I still have not received my sticker 20 days later. I was in Berlin only for 10 days so had to take the coat (large) back to the UK with me and mail it from there (expensive; about 20 euros). They have received the coat and somehow still I have no refund. Very clunky enterprise. Would not order again.
