Very informative, thought provoking session. It made me think very differently about how I come across and how best to engage with others in my personal and professional life. James is very approachable and explained the concept very clearly, he obviously has a lot of experience in business and was relating all aspects to the real world. I enjoyed the interaction with the group and understanding how we were all different. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic workshop and felt that it gave a real insight to different peoples 'view of the world'. I would highly recommend James and this workshop for anyone either team building or team management.

The workshop helps to identify the type of person you are and how best to communicate with others which resulted in overall better levels of communication with the team I am working with at present.

Brilliant Workshop - I cannot recommend James enough, I attended one of his recent workshops on commmication using Tetramap. What can I say other than I loved it! In 2 hours I discovered so much about not only my preferred style but also that of others which will be invaluable to me in developing future relationships and improving some existing ones.

Fantastic workshop on communication styles! Loved the Tetra Map workshop and learnt lots about my own and others' communication styles - this will really help in thinking about how I best engage people across those different preferences. Loved the format of the workshop, James did a great job in making it straightforward, clear, engaging, fun, interactive and empowering so that we could all get the best out of it.
