Loved his story telling and he held the room for the keynote without slides and just his presence.

James recently delivered a key note at an event I organised for a group of Professional Speakers.

What makes James stand out as a speaker is his openness about his own lived experience. This approach allows great engagement with the audience and makes his content very relatable so that people come away with a true motivation and inspiration to not only achieve their goals, but to enjoy the journey there.

However, James also stands out in that he contributed by creating promotional material to help advertise the event, turned up early to engage with participants and gave handouts to help participants actively use the techniques learned.

I had the pleasure of seeing James Perryman speak at a Professional Speaking Association event in Birmingham. James is a natural storyteller who's openness and willingness to share deeply personal experiences for the benefit of his audience makes him highly engaging. His powerful keynote around his own struggles, and the keys to moving through them into a better, healthier more authentic place were highly relatable.

I particular liked his use of simple visual aids plotting his 'lifeline' as he developed his storyline. His expertly conducted audience participation piece, that consisted of a live audience example was brave and masterly. Wrapping it up with a simple take-away exercise to extend the learnings for us, his audience. Lots of space to reflect and much to leave thinking about.

I highly recommend James, as a speaker at your event around anything to do with resilience, well-being/empowerment and self leadership. He shares so much value. Cheers James

James was great, his course was really enlightening for me as a new trainer. He had us all really engaged throughout the day, i learned plenty of new things, i can now put into practice in my own classroom.

Met james today from momentus on a train the trainer course and really enjoyed the day 'very helpful and showed me different ideas on teaching and will be using the different tasks which I've learnt and I'll be able to implement in my own future training courses ' looking forward to future courses with james ' thankyou

Powerful, compelling, authentic, thought provoking and inspiring are all words that absolutely summed up his talk for me.

Amazing story telling, blended with practical and actionable steps meant I left feeling inspired and ready to step towards a new direction (which I hadn’t previously realised I would!)

Well that was unexpected! It takes a lot for a speaker to hold an audience's attention in their palm, especially an audience of seasoned professional speakers. But James did just that - there were laughs, and even a couple of audible gasps as he expertly unfolded his story.

By building such incredible rapport and empathy, his straightforward take-aways and call to action had so much more impact, and have created some quite excited chatter about what people are actually putting into practice. So if you want an audience to get going on their big goals, James can get them started.

I'm beginning to think there's no end to James Perryman's talents! I'd already seen him give a keynote speech with hugely compelling impact and benefitted from his engaging style of workshop leadership... and then I saw him expertly and MC a full day conference! He was clearly rigorously well-prepared and his strong presence made it feel like we were in very safe hands, but his playful humour and warm personality shone through. If you are organising an event that really matters to you, and are looking for an MC who'll help you create a memorable experience for your audience that'll run like clockwork, look no further than James Perryman.

James visited us in December for a Team Event. We are a relatively small team of 10 and when I mentioned that I had arranged this Coaching Event for the Team it was not met with great enthusiasm. How wrong the Team were. James was fantastic, the whole group were involved from the very beginning. Even the quieter members of the group were eager to participate and share with the rest of the Group. A very worthwhile day.

James delivered a motivational speech on “Finding your courage to empower yourself to make a difference.” He was great - totally pitched it at the right level for the audience, made it relatable through personal stories, and came across as really authentic. Really helpful. The process with James was easy and enjoyable, and I was able to take a lot from it. I'd recommend it to anybody who wants a guiding ear!
