I booked an emergency trip because my kid went to a summer camp and we got asked to pick the kids up ASAP due 2 kids were tested positive.
I live in Copenhagen and needed to make it to Hjørrong.
Booked my ticket at 22:43 for the ferry at 7 am, but I got a call that the kommune got finally a bus for the children.
Never thought about writing and email, BIG MISTAKE. I waited for calling early morning. BIG MISTAKE they don’t open, called them at 9 and 3 times NEVER ANSWERED…. Now they show no flexibility, understanding, empathy
I don’t want the money back, got the lowest price, but maybe a chance to use it other time …. BUT NO.
Bad bad bad bad customer service (I work in customer service as an specialist) and I never say NO, imposible and it will not happen. Customer is the mot important asset …. And I can see you people don’t care …. Enough to say with your trust pilot rates
