Ordered patio doors and windows with incorporated blinds. Took a bit of time to realise the glass with blinds are supplied by another company, but the delivery arrives the same day. Problem was that they had a problem and one had to be remaid so was delayed by 2 weeks. So I was told I would have the frame delivered minus 1 window. I had to press them to get a blank window delivered otherwise I'd have to board up the missing window. The quality of the product is good but customer service was in my view bad.

I purchased French doors and a window of this company. The doors are shocking. They have been adjusted fully and still catch when trying to shut. The 2 end caps on the top and bottom of the doors have come of and cannot be reattached so everything you open the doors you have to put them back on when shutting them. There are gaps in the doors. The spacer bar has bent as the doors have be be forcefully shut everything especially in the warmer months. I contacted the company and was told that these issues were my fault. I was advised that they would send somebody to look but would charge us if it was found to be a fitter fault which you know they would say just to put the blame on us and not the windows. The doors were delivered badly damaged however these were replaced twice due to damage. The window seal on the window has also bowed. I have had a different company round to replace some other windows and they said that the doors were shockingly made and that I should contact the company which I had done previously. The date of purchase is incorrect as I cannot go back far enough. YOU SHOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

From placing the order, liaising with Katy, Mark's visit to survey and the stirling installation by Mark & Liam, everything has just been easy and pleasant. Really pleased with the end result. I will definitely be using Modern uPVC Windows for my next door/window project. Thanks team 😎

Communication was great throughout but on delivery my wife waited in to show delivery people where to put windows but instead of knocking or ringing door bell just put windows on my driveway and drove off leaving her to sort it all out

Third house we’ve had and always use these guys. Not only because of their quality products but they always give a great customer and after sales service always.

Windows are good but the service is poor.

I’ve just done my 3rd order with ModernUPVCWindows. The 1st time was great, 2nd time the door was scheduled to arrive on a different day to the windows at a student house which caused quite a few problems but after lots of arguing, it eventually got sorted. 3rd time delivery is going to take nearly 5 weeks, not the 2-3 weeks for upvc windows quoted on their website.

Next project I will go elsewhere.

All good, had some broken glass after delivery (my own fault) sorted farly quick and ok price.

Quality product, well organised, prompt and efficient delivery.

Just used them for sliding doors, found there web site excellent put in measurements, choice of opening, type of handles, delivered as said, was apprehensive because the price was very reasonable, but quality is great, just fitted it saved £2000 on a local company wanted for same job, definitely us them again

A friendly but professional company to deal with, I actually made an error when ordering a window, this was altered with a telephone call along with an unexpected credit.with 35 years experience of manufacturing upvc windows I have to admit the quality of product is far greater than my company produced, would never consider another supplier, thanks Steve for an easy and uncomplicated experience.
