Well, it took a month for my order to arrive. Plus I got a black one and a blue one, anchor bracelet that is. I ordered a black one and a brown one. The quality is okay. I didn't expect Miansai bracelets (overpriced to say the least). So all in all I'm happy with my purchase.

Well, their catalog is just as great as their prices, which is what drew me to them. That's about where it ends for me though. Ordered 3 things from them about a month ago, got one of the 3 in about a week, and got another one about 3 days ago, still waiting on the third (the one I wanted most, ironically). Sent them an email, after I had received only one of the 3 items, explaining what was going on, even included my order number and which items I had yet to receive. No answer. Then, when the second one came in, I saw that infamous "swooshy W" you know, the one in Wish's logo. The second item, and likely the third, was fulfilled by wish.com, which then all made sense as to why my order is so screwed up. I was planning on coming to this site for all of my accessories, but the lack of customer service, shoddy delivery, and Wish.com were nails in the coffin for me. Hope some of you have/had better luck..

It will be advisable if the system can update the consumer with any movement (from one point to other point)without consumer tracing with trace number. I am little bit confused my item was in Tshwane but now it went to joburg international in.

You all stop selling. Shut down the business.

WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS. 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 items... today they sent me a confirmation that i would receive 2 items ... I received ONE ITEM. I called and was told they were out of stock on the item. It took them 2 weeks to let me know!!! And this was after the delivery. It is now sold out in every store for Christmas. It was the one thing my son had asked for.

I love this company. Every time I order something from them, not only do I get a reasonably priced high quality item, but I get my items as expected and on time. If there ever were to be an issue then I know they would accomadate accordingly. I've never had a bad or even negative experience with MMO and I would be surprised if anyone did!

I purchased a tan suede finish belt from MMO, as part of my wedding attire. Unfortunately due to a sizing misunderstanding I ordered the wrong one. Though they soon resolved it, amended their website detail, kept me updated with progress, and sent me the right sized one as soon as they could. Service they this is all too rare, well done!
