“Worst Family Dining Experience Ever

“Worst Family Dining Experience Ever - Unbelievable Treatment”

I have never experienced such poor service and outright refusal to accommodate a family at a restaurant until visiting Sushi Yama. We went there with high expectations, but what we got was a nightmare. The restaurant refused to seat our family together simply because we had differing menu preferences. Half of our family wanted to order from the all-you-can-eat menu, while the other half preferred the à la carte options. Instead of working with us, the staff forced us to split into two separate tables, making the experience feel disjointed and unwelcoming.

The situation escalated when our children started crying due to the confusion and separation, but the restaurant still showed no flexibility or empathy. Instead of finding a solution, they held firm to their rigid policy, showing complete disregard for our family’s comfort. Who knew that a simple dinner could turn into such a frustrating and unpleasant ordeal?

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a meal with your loved ones, avoid Sushi Yama at all costs. They clearly don’t value their customers and seem more interested in enforcing senseless rules than providing a positive dining experience. Absolute disappointment! Would rate zero stars if I could.
