Was very optimistic but the transparency relieved the concerns as mobility connect kept us up to date on everything and was very good in keeping me up to date. Feel like a kid with a new toy. Very happy!!

This company is great until you need a repair I have waiting three weeks for a repair I have been stuck at home all this time .I raised the repair on the 17th November we have phoned every few days and are constantly fobbed off .I have this morning very angry but not abusive and the customer service hung up on me .I hope she has kept the recording .I phoned to and Kerry who said hire one which is fine until I have to find somewhere to keep it .But that’s story upto now Graham Spence Newcastle upon Tyne

Wonderful company been with them years now. Just purchased my second scooter and absolutely love it.
Service is always very good and always been able to rely on it 10/10.

Delivery driver had a fantastic personality and was very informative and went really out of his way to make sure I knew everything.

Mobility connect was very easy to order through and Darren was very helpful and made the whole process very smooth.
The delivery driver Cain was very nice on delivery and explained everything to me clearly. Cain is a massive credit to your company and very polite lad.

Amazing service. I'm always nervous on phone calls. But Simon the advisor made me feel really comfortable. He explained every step ever the phone. My scooter came within a few days of ordering. The delivery driver was very friendly and polite. I will be recommending you. Thank you for a brilliant service.

Brilliant in regarding if I have any problems, Darren has always been very helpful and reliable if I'd have any problems. Just ordered my second scooter and very happy an will always keep coming back to mobility connect. Cain on delivery was also very helpful and showed me.how to use my new scooter on delivery.

Absolutely fantastic
Can't fault mobility connect they made sure I received a very safe scooter. As my safety always comes first.
The whole process of ordering was very easy and I got the scooter I was looking for.
Delivery service was brilliant and the lad who delivered my scooter was very caring and went out of his way to show me how to use it and make sure I was 100% safe.
Would just like to say a massive thank you.

Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. After having my brand new scooter 3 weeks, it stopped working and still waiting for them to come out and fix it. I will be cancelling the agreement and any further pay.dnts if not fixed soon and informing them to pick it up. Biggest mistake I have ever made, using this company.

Just bought the fusion e power chair for my partner and this is gonna be a massive help in helping him get back out and about. Mobility connect were brilliant in making sure our needs were all met and couldn’t recommend them any more.

When ordering my.scooter it was made to feel very easy and by the time I spoke with Louise I'd had my new scooter delivered within less then a week and very impressed.
My scooter was delivered by a chap called cain. What can I say apart from he was very helpful on delivery and showed me how to use everything.

Everything is spot on. It’s a shame the scooter doesn’t fit in to the back of my car without having to to put the seats down but the scooter is perfect in every other way as it fits my needs. Delivery service was spot on and cain was very informative on delivery.

Just purchased a riser recliner chair and it is very comfortable and is very good with helping me in and out of the chair.
