Very good communication

Very good communication from the get go. The call staff were amazing in helping me achieve the right scooter and meeting my everyday needs. Also the delivery service was top notch and also in the time slot I was given 10/10.
Cain was very polite brilliant and very clear on showing me everything on delivery. Fantastic service

Excellent

Cain was excellent on delivery and went well put of his way in making sure it fit nicely into my property. He went through everything and explained on how to use the scooter into full detail and couldn't thank him enough.
Simon was very professional over the phone and went through my application with me very thoroughly and made the whole process very smooth and very easy upon ordering couldn't thank him enough.
Your 2 employees are a credit to your company and would highly recommend!

Fabulous company

Ordered my new scooter in the red and absolutely love it. I’m red mad I am so very much in love with it.
It’s gonna help me massively in everyday life and will give me my freedom back. I’ve not been able to drive in 10 years so this will be a life saver.
The company were great on delivery and made sure the scooter was the perfect one for me and that it was also the ideal one. Very happy and couldn’t recommend mobility connect high enough!

Avoid this company they are all good…

Avoid this company they are all good while getting you to buy one but once you have the scooter they ignore you. They suggested i get insurance from another company instead of with them so when you have problems it takes twice as long to get anything repaired. I eventually got a "repair" done the reason for the comma is because they never repaired it so a month after I was again without a scooter. Also they didnt provide me with a replacement the first time it was in for repair apparently a big company like that doesn't have replacement scooter. Anyway after putting up a review somewhere they finally got in touch to fix what they should have repaired in the first place and shockingly I got a temporary replacement yay. However I've now finally got my scooter back went to use it and noticed that the chair was broken so I went to use it and it was making a banging noise and then wouldn't charge so now I am again without a scooter so stuck in the house again. When I told them about all this they kept saying I needed to go back through my insurance company, but I have now after many messages finally got an appointment so im hoping they will take my scooter for repair and I will get a replacement.
Some dya now I just sit in the house in tears because I can't get out on my own without a scooter.

Everything all good

Everything all good. Just received my new scooter and over the moon with it. Cain explained everything thoroughly throughout on delivery and was very helpful.

Fantastic!

Just received my new powerchair and it's so comfortable and supportive for my back. This is my second product through mobility connect and wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent service all round very happy customer.

Excellent timing …

Scooter was delivered on the exact date they told me and was delivered in the correct time period. Going to be very handy when I do my shopping as it fits perfectly into the back of my car.
Explanation on delivery was very informative and the driver answered all of my questions. Very impressed

Avoid

Extremely disappointed with Mobility Connect Ltd. I purchased a mobility scooter 12.03.2026
which developed faults within 4 months. Despite the company attempting to repair the scooter the issues persist. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have legally rejected the scooter, but the company is refusing to accept the rejection. The matter has now been escalated to Snap Finance as a formal credit dispute. Avoid."follow up on your reply you had photos and video to whats app regarding faults and still you say nothing is wrong with it 03/07/2026

We are sorry to hear you remain unhappy. We have attended to inspect the scooter and our engineer carried out a general service and adjustment of the items raised, including tightening relevant components. Following assessment, no mechanical, structural or safety-related fault was identified that would make the scooter unsafe or unfit for purpose.

Some of the points raised relate to general adjustment and routine maintenance, which are covered within the owner’s manual. The scooter is also fitted with solid tyres to reduce the risk of punctures; these can transfer more vibration than pneumatic tyres, particularly on uneven pavements, which can mean certain non-safety-related adjustable parts may require periodic tightening.

We do not agree that the product has met the required standard for rejection at this stage, as no confirmed fault has been identified following inspection. We are therefore not able to accept a return, refund or replacement request on that basis.

As the matter has been raised with Snap Finance, we will continue to cooperate fully with their investigation and provide the inspection evidence available to us. We remain willing to review any clear photo or video evidence showing a specific recurring fault following our engineer’s attendance.

Avoid especially if the scooter is your only freedom

All great in the beginning but once you have that scooter you are invisible especially if you need a repair done. Then again even when you get a repair its not done so end up with no scooter and being ignored. Also for such a big company they dont have replacement machines for you while your other one is being repaired. I couldn't go out on my own for nearly 3 months, also when I got my scooter back they hadn't attached the emergency break the "repair" they did lasted 2 months and when looked at by someone else they hadn't even done the repair.

Great service and delivery

Mobility connect has been so good and have talked me through all the stages of buying a disability scooter. Cain our delivery driver was absolutely fantastic he talked through absolutely everything we needed to know and more thank you all for a wonderful experience with Mobility connect.

Excellent service and supportive staff

I basically had my hand held through whole process. Scooter was delivered on time , even though I was warned it might be next day . I have used this company before to buy a road scooter. This time I got car boot scooter, it is so very very light and very easy to use and fold . All components were explained to me by my driver Cain . Cain explained the premium cover and I chose that , I feel it will be worthwhile. I am in awe of how nice and helpful everyone was.
I thoroughly recommend this company and the staff . I also managed to do this by myself.. it was that easy ( I very much struggle with foggy brain and irritability if I am not understood) absolutely none of this. I am so grateful!!!

So easy in ordering

So easy in ordering. Advert popped up on Facebook and just applied and within a couple of weeks I've recieved my scooter.
It's gonna be very handy when I'm out an about with my sister. Love the idea of how the scooter folds up and will make life easy. Delivery driver was very nice and explained in much detail on how to use all the mechanisms. So delighted and thanks very much.

Been with mobility connect for 4 years…

Been with mobility connect for 4 years now. Just purchased my second scooter.
Very easy to order again and was very quick and efficient.
The delivery driver cain was very patient and was very good in explaining on how to use it.
