The mobile delivery was on time on 5th…
The mobile delivery was on time on 5th July but I didn't feel quite good with the check out process; the £10 discount code SAVED10 they had given was nowhere to be applied. I don't think our concerns are taken on board by the service team as I submitted the same on the link they sent earlier but no one had looked in to that matter at all, really shocking!!

Had problems receiving phone
Had problems receiving phone, contacted the support multiple times and had no support.
They just kept referring me to go to curry and they would help.. that they couldn’t do anymore. Curry’s stated they couldn’t help as I bought he phone through Mobiles. Went back and fourth for 3 weeks for curry’s to have to step ins me resolve the problem and contact mobile themself.

Burning data at 1gb per 10mins!!!! 😱
The sales patter and number porting went well. What the sales team omitted to advise was that ID Mobile customer support is online live chat only!! Imagine my horror when I noticed (despite being at home on WiFi for 90% of the time) that in three days almost 5gb of my data had been eaten and my phone was almost melting! I called Mobiles who immediately fobbed me off and passed the buck to ID Mobile. I then spent no less than 119mins in live chat with two midway interface crashes. On the third attempt I was passed to a second advisor and had to start the story again from the beginning. After much going back and forth and having asked for my PAC to go back with Vodafone, they applied a 5gb credit to my plan. I did a hard reset on my phone and when I’m out of WiFi area and back on data, I’ll find out whether or not the issue is resolved. On the plus side the 5g speed is extremely fast at over 1gb mbps. Hopefully this was just a switchover glitch!
