The overall quality of my Mixx true wireless earbuds never disappoints and the touch controls are so easy to use and navigate. If you find you have a problem with you product it is so easy to contact customer service and they will solve your problem in no time.
Mixx StreamC1 over ear Bluetooth headphones
We purchased the Mixx StreamC1 Bluetooth over ear headphones as a Christmas present for our daughter. She loves them! Uses them daily and comments on how comfortable they are to wear- thats a big win as she is very fussy!!
Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago one side stopped working. Where we purchased them from didn't want to know so we contacted Mixx directly. They have been incredibly helpful and very fast in replying to our emails. We needed to send the headphones to them for testing but they did send a prepaid label so we didn't need to pay postage. They were sent last Friday and we have received an email today to say they will be replacing the headphones and we should have a new pair in the next couple of days. Thank you to Ben and George who have helped resolve the problem, their customer service has been fantastic.
I'm a big fan
I'm a big fan! Wore my headphones in all sorts of conditions, in the rain and heat, and they were fine. Had them just over a year, they stopped working so sent them back for repairs. Unfortunately couldn't be fixed but I was sent a replacement that I really like!
Earbuds had issues of heating up and disconnecting.
I bought Mixx Streambuds end of the last year. Past couple weeks I was facing issues with my earbuds as I got heated up within 2-5 minutes and disconnected. Then, I contacted to Mixx customer support, one of customer executives (George), got in touch with me, and assured me for replacement after finding fault with their product. I must say that, Mixx has wonderful customer support service, which always ready to resolve queries. Lastly, I received new pair of buds in 24 hrs.

One of the wireless buds became faulty after excessive use but I contacted the customer services team and George was very helpful. Sent a replacement in no time at all.

Amazing customer service
I am so impressed with Mixx and their customer service. My headphones got damaged and stopped working, one quick email and George from Mixx got back in touch to arrange shipping (free!) so I could send them in to be fixed. Unfortunately they couldn't fix them, so they replaced them with a better model (free!) which arrived very quickly. Thanks George!
Excellent buds and exceptional customer service
I bought a pair of Soundstream buds last year and they have worked perfectly. I am an avid music and podcast listener. The sound and bass is fantastic. The battery life of the buds continues to be excellent and the additional charge from case gives a very fast recharge and at least an additional 4-5 full uses. After 15 months of heavy daily use one bud failed to reconnect. I contacted the web helpdesk and within 48 hours of sending off I had a free post label to send them back and confirmation they were being replaced free of charge.
Excellent product with exceptional customer service. Puts me off wanting to spend more on any of the big brands as value for money I don’t think gets better than this.

I bought mixx streamlinebuds mini 1 months ago I contacted mixx as my earbuds were not working or charging. Mixx asked me to send them to them for them to have a look. Mixx kept in contact with me through the whole process and informed me they were sending me a brand new pair. Received my brand new earphones the next day after they sent them out. Absolutely amazing

I brought the product a few months ago and love them. A lot cheaper than the big brand name but definitely worth the money. Had an issue with the right one which didn't seem to play. Made contact with George from customer services who was brilliant. Gave me tips on how to clean it and make it work, when that didn't work they paid for postage and sent replacements.
Can't fault the customer services. This is 5 star alone.
I am now looking at other products provided by Mixx.

I recently purchased the MIXX streambuds Hybrid Charge which didn't seem to be working as expected after a couple of months. I reached out to MIXX customer services and the response from George was just simply amazing!! He took down all my details and asked me to provide as much information as possible regarding the issue, upon receipt of my written submission MIXX reacted quickly to organise free shipment of goods for return. Within days I received an email explaining that the fault had been discovered and I would be receiving replacement product. A new set of buds were shipped within a couple of working days. Excellent service!!! Great resolution of an issue!

I purchased a pair of MIXX streambuds from Tesco in 2023. They have been brilliant as my first pair of earbuds, A few weeks ago they were not charging as efficiently as they had been. I dint have a copy of my Tesco receipt so I contacted MIXX directly through the contact form on their website.
After then exchanging a few emails, MIXX arranged collection of my earbuds, within a few days a replacement pair had arrived at my house. MIXX paid for all the postage. Their support has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to purchase MIXX products again. A big shutout to George at MIXX who was dealing with my case, his communication and how he resolved it was brilliant.
Outstanding Customer Service
I Purchased a pair of headphones at Christmas 2023.They were brilliant all round quality but the ear pad became unattached and in-repairable.To my amazement Asda would not replace or refund them after 4 months so i contacted George at Mixx Audio.
