I had to contact Mixx regarding a set of earphones. And I was contacted by George from Mixx almost an hour later he listened to my issue although the pair of earphones weren’t saveable he did come up with a perfectly reasonable solution and was all done and dusted in a few days.
I have used Mixx headphones and earphones my wife has a Mixx watch and headphones I would highly recommend them

Amazing customer service! My Mixx Streambuds developed a fault shortly after purchase. I couldn't find the receipt but after a few emails and an effortless returns process, I quickly received a replacement. 2 weeks later and I'm loving my buds; long runs have never been so enjoyable. My MIXX wireless headphones developed a fault, and even though I couldn’t find the receipt (but could provide all other details), Ben has been nothing short of amazing with the customer service support. Couple of clarifying emails and always a quick response and concise updates.
Free returns (collected 14.02.25) for a complete assessment, and an email today (17.02.25) confirming replacement to be issued.
Other companies take note - this is excellent customer service and you should follow their example!

Mixx is a great company with great products in affordable prices and beyond expectations customer services. Have had bought 2 airbuds and one smart watch by far and I definitely recommend their products as they provide good customer service too whereas some companies don’t even care.

From the moment my MIXX earphones developed a mic issue, I braced myself for the usual customer service headache as I did not have the original purchase receipt. But what followed was nothing short of extraordinary.
Ben from MIXX's customer service team leaped into action with lightning speed, swiftly assessing the issue with professionalism and care. No endless back-and-forth, no robotic responses—just pure efficiency. Every step of the way, I was kept fully informed, never once left in the dark. And then, the grand finale—a replacement unit sent (within a day of sending the old unit) out without hassle, restoring my faith in true customer service excellence.

Fantastic after sales service
Bought a multi charger just over a year ago from Tesco. Unit developed a fault in that it wouldn't charge devices via built in usb c. Contacted Mixx customer care and Ben was very helpful and agreed to replace the unit immediately. Wonderful customer care despite my not having retained the receipt. Rarely do you find such good service these days. Well done Mixx.
After sales second to none!
I lost an earbud and asked the company (MIXX} if they sold them separately. The response from Ben was immediate and although they couldn't accommodate my enquiry exactly, as they don't sell them separately, he went above and beyond to help me, and is sending me some compatible buds at no cost as they are in damaged packaging and are unsaleable. I never imagined that the service would be so swift and so caring, I was overwhelmed. Buy your items from this company, they actually care about their customers when legally they don't have to do anything to help,! 100% recommended, thank you Ben xx

I ordered a Mixx Revival record player as a present. When it arrived it had a fault when trying to play records. I contacted Ben and he issued me with a returns label. A replacement is on its way. 4* given as not trued the product yet, but cant fault the customer service
MIXX C15 powerbank as a gift…
I've received a MIXX C15 powerbank as a gift from my family just under 2 years ago. It died. So I contacted Mixx and I received a replacement powerbank very quickly. The customer service advisor, Ben, was excellent and I'm very pleased with the alternative replacement powerbank for the discontinued C15 one. Mixx is great company who look after their customers and the advisor replied very quickly. Would recommend 100%.

Stream buds Solo 3 purchased in November. One ear stopped working. Contacted Mixx who were proficient in recommending that I send them to them for inspection. Quickly contacted me to confirm that they were defective and issued a replacement pair.

Pure junk
Pure junk. I just bought a pair of mixed earbuds from FYE and they don't charge brand new. Looking at other reviews I guess this is common. Don't buy these ear buds. They are useless and they keep selling them broken
Warranty service to be proud of.
I purchased a set of earbuds and on opening, discovered I had an issue with both earbuds failing to charge when placed in the case. I contacted Mixx and got an immediate response. They sent me a label to return the item and they then sent me out a replacement. This is customer service at its best and huge thanks to Ben and George who dealt with the issue.
