Highly recommend Mixx stream buds

Mixx stream buds are a great product, easy to use, good sound quality and long lasting charge. One earphone stopped connecting so I contacted their customer service team and Ben dealt with my query. He was so helpful and patient. When the problem could not be resolved he sent me a replacement via post. I can honestly say it was the best customer service experience and I will always choose their products over other brands.

Brilliant company

Brilliant company. Very patient when I was having internet issues trying to fill print out their return forms. even sugested other way of complete said form. Sent a replacement watch as soon as they received the faulty one.

Ben Savage, what a star!!
My record player was not working, sent it back for testing and received an email 1 working day later to say they were sending a replacement. Cannot thank you enough for your support, help and persistence. Brilliant team.

Mixx customer support were exceptional!

Got a set of Streambuds as a Xmas present. I had a problem so contacted customer support. Mixx were so helpful. Responded to my email straight away. Asked me to return the Streambuds for assessment, included the return label free as well! After 24 hours Mixx offered a replacement to an upgraded model free of charge. I have no hesitation in recommending Mixx. Their customer service is exceptional. Fast, professional and fair.

Replacement earbuds provided as gesture of goodwill

I contacted Mixx to ask if it was possible to purchase a replacement ear bud, having lost just one very shortly after purchasing a new set! It wasn't, but Ben was really helpful, replied very quickly and after getting my details and what happened, offered me a replacement pair of different earbuds from their b-grade stock (still in perfect working condition but the package may have been damaged / appearance not as intended so not fit for sale).
This was completely unexpected - I had only wanted to find out if I could purchase a single earbud and wasn't expecting to be provided with new earbuds so it was a very nice gesture, and very helpful. I really liked the Mixx products already and I'm now very impressed with their customer service so would certainly look to purchase other products with them in the future.

Ben Savage you're a star. Not only were you fast and efficient dealing with my query and keeping me updated. You organised a replacement pair of Mixx Streambuds Pico immediately.

These earbuds are so light and comfortable I really didn't want to change to a different style or brand.

The last brand you'll ever need

The product is amazing. For the quality, the price is really low. Its well deisgned to fit a human ear , i can tell u that from experience. Super lightweight , super unnoticeable, super quality, super product.

I broke one of my earbuds and the customer service was really helpful , quick communication and responses. I even got a replacement pair. Special thanks to Ben!!

Fast, Efficient & Friendly Service

I had experienced a problem my Mixx Smartwatch 1. It was in its 2nd year so returning it to the seller wasn't an option! I contacted Mixx & within a few minutes I had received an acknowledgement. Later the same day I received an email from their customer services expressing concern that I had problems, & requesting that I return the watch. Within the email was a link that enabled me to download a pre-populated free postage return label. Within 48 hours of posting, the watch had been examined, & as a result a replacement was sent.

From beginning to end, I am more than happy to say that the customer service provided was second to none. I have dealt with a number of companies over the past few years & Mixx are up with the best! Well Done.

Amazing customer support team!

I reached out to Mixx Audio regarding an issue with my earphones, which had been working perfectly and felt very comfortable until the problem suddenly arose. Despite the fact that they were a gift and I live abroad, Ben went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He arranged a replacement and even had it delivered to my friend’s house. I’m highly satisfied with both their product and customer support. Thank you, Ben!

Excellent Service

We had excellent service. I contacted Ben from the customer service team when my watch stopped downloading my messages. He responded very quickly. After trying a few things I sent it back. It was declared faulty and I received a replacement the post the next day.

Wireless headphones

I contacted Mixxaudio regarding my wireless headphones that snapped. Ben got in touch with me immediately and offered to resolve the matter, either by repair or replacement. Even though I purchased the headphones in Boots, he still managed to solve the problem by sending me a replacement set. I am so thankful to this company.

Excellent customer service from Ben

I was given the watch as a gift and it stopped syncing to my phone. A customer service advisor, Ben, reached out quickly and tried to resolve the issue remotely. When it could not be sorted he arranged to have the watch collected and the fault was confirmed. He then offered a replacement with a newer model which I gladly accepted. Outstanding customer service and communication and so nice to have one person overseeing this from beginning to end.
