This is honestly one of the most helpful, friendliest, and healthiest companies i have ever dealt with. Just everything from the app, customer support, delivery team, and delivery times. Just perfection all around! Quite ironic for being called inperfect foods now misfit markets!!!!

Alyssa made my delivery issue very easy with her knowledge and understanding. The resolution was quick, simple and easy. The customer service with MM is great and you actually talk to real people, not that bs AI crap! I’ve used this service for a while now and have had very little to no issues at all. I’ll continue to use this service for my groceries and dietary needs as they have a diverse selection from gluten free to your everyday food needs.

I’m not completely sold on MM. I certainly didn’t sign up to pay more than I already do at the store, so it’s imperative to know your pricing per oz., & etc. I’m fine with things not perfect, but leaking and completely thawed due to poor packing is another. I also find it questionable that foods are opened and repackaged. I’m just not sure about that across the board. I will try this a few more times, but………..

I placed an order by accident. Although it is *en route* and cannot be cancelled, I am to receive a refund for it, as I requested.

Great delivery,great tasting food, meats are above all prime choice. Can't stand buying Walmart garbage food. Misfits is a quality food source.

I thought I had set my order, went to check just before the cutoff, and missed saving my changes. The order went through with items I didn’t want. I sent a message to support at 12:07 or so am, and they were able to stop the order and refund me the money. Awesome customer service!

Response time is quick. Customer service is genuine and caring. They resolve issues in favor of their clients

When I received an order that I didn't mean to have shipped to my house, they refunded all of my money immediately and I didn't even have to send what I had back. That's outstanding service and above and beyond!

Misfits Market offers great products and even better customer service. Notable are the ease of the app, the options available to shop, the convenience, and surveys to ensure the whole experience unfolded as it should. I had 1 small issue with a box of crackers that was crushed, and I mentioned it in passing on the survey. That was responded to and rectified promptly. Love Misfits market, and love that by shopping there I can help minimize food waste.

My experience has been great I had a mishap with my package not being delivered it wasn’t on the company’s fault but more the delivery & shipping company. I reached out to report the issue and they handled everything for me! So 10/10 customer service! The products sold are great and healthier options that are good quality. Compared to my grocery store the price I spend with misfits mostly is less or about the same it depends on what you get but the quality is better. So far I enjoy using misfits!

I appreciate the opportunity to buy (at reduced prices) excellent produce and grocery items that would otherwise be thrown away.

Always helpful, but more than that misfits market is the one place I can shop for the best quality seafood meat dairy and vegetables. They are responsive and reliable. Life just doesn’t get better.

I love using Misfits Market - the food quality is excellent, prices are great, app is easy to use, customer service is perfect, and I’m happy to support the mission of reducing food waste! Their communication is amazing, I know when to expect delays due to a holiday or storm, I know exactly when to expect my delivery on a regular basis, I can plan meals around my order. If a product is damaged upon arrival, the refund is easy to apply for and immediately processes. There’s specific items I come back for over and over again, like yogurt, butter, chicken, citrus fruits, organic produce, herbs, and juices. Love love love!

My delivery showed up three days late sat in a hot warehouse thurs fri sat and sun has been 90 degrees or hotter here. I contacted misfits I have no contact through email or a refund as of yet my last order was also delivered very late the block choy was inedible the mushrooms were slimy the mangos molded in 24 hours . Their customer service lack attention. Use with caution.

What I thought was was going to be an issue pretty much resolved itself. Customer support gave me the info I was looking for and my concerns were addressed

Misfits has always been customer facing, caring about the customer delivery experience, ease in ordering, and most of all product quality upon unpacking in the hands of the customer. Any issue, while few, is resolved promptly and professionally. They are a model for grocery delivery from warehouse to customer.

its a nice service. it just sucks that they have a strict window of when you are allowed to shop (Wednesday-Friday), you don't get to checkout on your own accord (you keep your cart filled above a certain threshold $ amount and then you get charged at luke midnight on the Saturday of that week), they only do deliveries on mondays, and their website doesn't have multi-factor authentication features. that last part is extremely concerning and should be corrected immediately, considering how often data leaks happen nowadays and this website has people's payment info, addresses and specific delivery instructions to enter their homes. please put MFA account security features into your website.

Really respect the mission of Misfit Market. I really value that I can get food delivered and help cut down on food waste. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, with food always arriving fresh and well packaged. The prices are generally competitive without the hassle of going to the store since everything is delivered. I like I can skip delivery on weeks I don’t need food or are traveling.

Misfits goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. We enjoy trying new produce and items we don’t always find locally. I love the options provided and ability to order or not order weekly.
