They prefer not to post negative…
They prefer not to post negative reviews. They make it really simple to post positive reviews, but when it comes to negative reviews, their "review process" is all but transparent. My review wasn't posted as it "did not follow their guidelines", just because I decided to comment on the doctor's doubtful knowledge on the subject, based on my previous experience with other doctors. I wouldn't trust the reviews on the website, as my experience with one of their "top-reviewed" pediatrician was awful.

I used them to schedule an online…
I used them to schedule an online appointment in order to get a prescription. Their website is unusable and not transparent. It appeared that I could get an online presumption but the information is so convoluted that it’s hard to say. I paid in advance to find out from the doctor that I cannot get an online prescription as it’s against the law. I asked for a refund because, again, the platform suggests if you schedule an online appointment you get the same service as a physical and the response from the platform was that I need to sort this out with the doctor. Rest assured that the doctor didn’t end up refunding me so I blew 30euros for nothing. I will not recommend their services.
UPDATE: I disagree with your response as your portal should give accurate information on what Doctors can or cannot do. Apparently it is illegal to issue prescriptions, but your website suggests that doctors can. I am also a foreigner which means that the app store does not allow me to download your Italian app and consequently I am unable to chat with the doctor. I was able to reach her by phone but she didn't refund me. Your portal should have responsibility for clients who use your portal, as you are offering a service.

Miodottore refuses to publish a negative review
I live for 15 years in Italy and I have used the site miodottore for the first time. I booked a doctor, Dott. Fabio Massimo Pezzoli, ortopedico for a first visit that should have lasted 30 minutes. I paid Euro 130 for a 10 minute superficial visit. All info I needed to ask from the doctor. His advise was to call a friend of his and he wrote me a small paper with a number on it. The website miodottore.it asked me to write a review and so I did. For 4 times they refused to publish the review because according to them it was not in line with their guidelines. All I said that was not satisfied. I strongly advise not to use this website. Even after changing my reply 4 times, basically reducing to the minimum, they did not accept to publish it. Please also be aware that all doctors have 5 star reviews, most of them not even tested. The consumer organisation 'Altro Consumo' also had the same complaint as I have. Negative reviews are simply not welcome so this site is not independent.
