Two weeks ago I book an appointment for 30 June based on a search of professionals who work with Adeslas, get an authorization by my insurance and today I find out they don't actually work with Adeslas, this platform needs some serious work, I was hoping it would work better than the busted Spanish public system. Worst of all they don't even have a customer support email or number.

Lousy customer service
I scheduled an online appointment for November 21st 2024. The doctor never showed up, I got no answer from the doctor's messages, and no answer so far from Doctoralia. My appointment shows as "done" in the doctoralia app, but it never happened. Very bad service, in my experiències. They finally answered to my review about 2 weeks later, but not really adressing the issue about their app or the lack of customer service throughout.

horrible online service that doesnt let you do anything and doesnt work. it makes you always go through their app, which is an even larger mess gthan their website. you can have your visit be randomly reshedueled, and to send messages they force you to use the app, which apafrt from not being avaialble in the app store because you have a non spanish apple id, it also doesnt work.

Doctoralia is very useful
Doctoralia helps me a lot to have visibility on the internet, it is very useful to be able to receive online appointment bookings and to organize the agenda, with multiple configuration options.
The platform for Videoconsultations, I have been using it for several years and it works really well.
The technical support service of Doctoralia is fast and efficient.
Doctoralia is undoubtedly a very helpful platform for any health professional working in the private sector.

Beware: misleading review system
The platform itself is useful when it comes to finding a doctor. However, a BIG nuance is that you cannot post any review related to the treatment. According to their policies, they are a private company so you cannot place on their platform any complaint about the treatment. Really convenient catch, huh. I have tried to write a review because I was misdiagnosed with 2 (!) conditions and they asked me to edit it twice because (surprise) - goes against their policies. This doesn't make any sense because that is exactly why I want to write a review - to inform others about the possibility they can be mistreated in this clinic. That's why the only negative reviews you are going to find is about price/location. Please, be aware that this platform review system is very misleading and do the cross-check about the doctor's qualification where possible.

2 days of waiting for a reply.... (Update: 10 days)
2 days of waiting for a reply....
The website has a bug and I need to arrange an appointment with my doctor, but I can't rightnow. And it's taking 2 days already for them to reply. I wrote 3 e-mails already that I'm not receving the SMS.
Update: They just asked me (10 days later) here on Trustpilot to e-mail them. But I wrote them 3 times on the 27th and 28th. No reply at all. It's now the 6th of July.

I was really impressed with the service I received at Juaneda by Dr Eric Carnales.
Firstly, I did not have to wait for my allocated time. I went in half and hour early.
Secondly, he was very professional. He knew why I was there and explained the report very clearly and pointed out the results of the investigative procedure. He is well informed with the latest procedures. What stood out most for me was that he genuinely cared for my health. He was pleased that no interventions were needed. He did not make me feel that he was under any time constraints. I left the consultation room happy and satisfied confident that my issues were being dealt with in an efficient manner, yet respecting my privacy. I felt that I was in very good hands.

Great service
Great service, keeps me easily in charge of my own agenda and also facilitates a close contact with patients. It's a good way to expose your presence and make modern-day patients aware of your abilities as a phycician.

Great App, almost perfect!
Doctoralia has been my office Software of choice since 3-4 years already and it's always evolving and turning into a better software. Some things are still missing but their current capabilites are awesome.
