My Christmas cards were supposed to have a red background, instead they were a dark pink. When I complained, I was told I could get a replacement for 50% of the original cost.

I ordered my holiday cards 11/10. Still in production and they are moving the delivery date out again. Could mot get a supervisor on the chat. Bad customer service. No one would help. I’ll go so where else next year.
Pieces of my wedding "suite" were printed in different shades. Printer says they calibrate the machines each day and the color variation is because the pieces were printed on different days. Ordered a single piece to be replaced in the correct color and have now waited two weeks for the wedding invitation piece. $2000 wedding invitations. Each day is a different customer service person with no one to follow through on my order. These were ordered far in advance but now are going to be mailed late if I even get them from Minted.
New edit: Since Minted replied to this review saying they would contact me to make it right, they never did reach out or do anything. Horrible customer service.
New edit: I am now told by Trust Pilot that Minted wants more information or my review will be taken down. Everything I've said here had been discussed with multiple customer service people already. There is not much more detail that I can provide. They just never bothered to contact me after this. Like I said, pieces of my invite were printed in different shades, I was told it was a calibration issue with the presses and that I would get replacements right away. I did not. It took weeks. Well past my mailing date and no one kept track of my account. Every customer service rep I spoke to new nothing about my account. No follow up, no escalation of my order.

In the past 24 hours, I have interacted with Mint multiple times. I've have been blown away by their outstanding customer service! I was experiencing some problems at my end on the app on my phone and later minted was having system issues at their end. At every juncture, customer service was exemplary. Kind, professional, caring and ultimately helpful. So refreshing in today's age of mediocre customer service! Thank you Minted for going above and beyond elegantly.

Minted just lost a customer of 10 years over a 20% discount on one order.
I order and send 200 holiday cards per year. For the last 10 years, I used Minted; this would have been my 11th year ordering their cards. Minted cards have always been more expensive, but I considered the price difference worth it. I save 30% per year with the Minted More membership.
The Minted card I designed for this year priced out at over $3.00 per card. With postage at nearly $0.80 per card, I couldn't stomach that. I receive 50% coupons from other companies, without having to pay a membership fee. Pricing card designs at competitor sites, I can get cards I am OK with for about $1.30 per card, and save 50%.
I called Minted to ask if they would match the 50% savings. Not the price per card, the 50% savings. For a customer that has ordered 2,000 cards from them over the last decade. Nope. They do not price match.
So, they lost me. Minted More membership cancelled, and no additional card sales to a very loyal customer. Would an additional 20% on one order really have been so hard?
I needed lots of help with my order. The design crew at Minted helped me with the details of my order and did exactly what I asked them to do. They researched spellings and fine tuned all aspects of my design. When I had an issue with getting addresses onto my envelopes they fixed it quickly and were lovely to work with. Everyone I encountered on the phone was professional and very, very helpful. 5 GOLD stars to all involved. Many thanks

My daughter fell in love with these invitations. The interface on the website was easy, I was able to customize the invitation quickly and efficiently. Delivery was quick. Unfortunately, that’s where things got bad. The quality of the print was unacceptable. There was bleeding of the letters. I called customer service and they were quick to respond. We discussed how to possibly change it and there was a reprint sent within a couple of days. Unfortunately, this reprint also was poorly done. Same process although we changed the font and remove the foil and ordered another reprint. This reprint took somewhat longer, and unfortunately, the quality was not up to par. Certainly not for the money I spent. Through discussions with customer service, they responded appropriately, and I will say that I’m satisfied with the outcome.
My experience with mint was so easy. Their customer service reached out to me when I did encounter a problem via phone, which was so much easier than emailing them back-and-forth. They were very friendly and fixed any problems that arose in a prompt matter. Would recommend.

I wanted to leave a review because I was quite wary of ordering from minted due to the reviews on here, but I'm happy to say I had a very positive experience. I ordered the save the dates for our wedding and everything went smoothly.
I loved the designs on the site which is why I took the risk because I didn't see anything I liked as much elsewhere, and I wanted to use the customisation tool to be able to add more photos. The free proofing service was genuinely brilliant, and I think I went back and forth for like at least 3 different tweaks until I was 100% happy, and reassured.
I felt the pricing was decent, comparable with other sites. Once I ordered, the order arrived exactly in the estimated delivery time frame, packaged really nicely, and everything in it was pristine which was a huge relief. We had the addresses printed on the envelopes and again, all were correct and looked great.
Would definitely consider using Minted again for our invites, and encourage others in the UK to give it a go.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Minted, having used them for our save the date postcards and our wedding invitation bundles. We didn’t use photos on anything, just their stationery designs with customized text. I thought the quality of the paper and the printed designs were excellent. I also needed my order turned around very quickly, and it was! I had everything delivered back to me in less than a week. I had some questions for Customer Service a couple of times during the process and found that they responded very quickly and thoroughly. It was easy to reach someone through the website messaging.
A couple of little things went wrong with the invitation order, which are detailed below. When I brought these things to the attention of Customer Service afterward, their response was quick, compassionate and professional. They even offered me a credit, which I felt more than compensated me for the small mistakes and the bit of stress caused.
These are the things that weren’t quite right:
Although it was very easy to upload my spreadsheet of addresses, and I could see that all addresses had loaded completely, they missed the first and the last guests on our list, so I had to hand write those envelopes. Afterward, they did offer to reprint those two envelopes and send them to me, but as I mentioned earlier I was under a tight timeline and needed to get everything in the mail asap.
I ordered coordinating envelope liners but did not end up using them because the color of the printed paper was much too dark, not as pictured on the website. This could have been avoided if I’d allowed myself enough time to request and evaluate samples, but I didn’t! I was pulling this all together very late in the game. I would recommend to everyone who’s ordering something like this online, you should always request samples so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting!
The other little glitch was that they sent me too many of certain items. It made me wonder whether I had ordered the right quantities. When I went back to check my order, I saw that I had ordered what I thought I did. They just ended up sending double the quantity of the belly bands, and 10 extra pieces of a couple of other things. All in all, this was not a problem for me other than making me wonder if I had ordered and paid for too many. It was just wasted material on their part. Better too many than too few!

First time on ‘Minted’ for invitations. Many options, easy to scroll through. Ability to edit on the invite & save design. There’s a chat helper accessible along the side of screen that is in tune with your activity so interaction with it is relevant. Overall a good experience. I did call customer service re proofing & approval to print process. It was quick to get thru & they were extremely nice & helpful. Would use them again!
