This was my first time with Minted.As a new bride and our first married Christmas Ichoose the booklet card to tell our story. It was an oversight on my part that the envelope waas incorrect and I was chraged for it. Not only did I get Customer Service right away from the automated chat but the agent fixed everything and made all as right as it could be so I could send out my cards. I hav enever had a better customer service experience even in person. Amazing!

Love the cards I ordered but when I sat down to address the envelopes tonight, I realized there were only 32 envelopes for the 80 cards I ordered. I called customer service and was on hold for OVER AN HOUR before I gave up and hung up. This is unacceptable customer service. Not sure how I will get this resolved at this point. Extremely disappointed in Minted this year.
12/15/25 Happy to report that my issue has been resolved after leaving my complaint with the virtual assistant and I received my missing envelopes this morning. I appreciate the quick response and express mailing to rectify this issue.

I ordered our holiday cards on December 3rd. I paid for expedited shipping so they would arrive by today, December 11th. I checked the status of my order on December 8th, and saw that the delivery timeline had changed to December 11 - December 19th. I contacted customer service and was assured my holiday cards were in production and would arrive on time. Today is the 11th. I haven’t received my order. I contacted customer service again, and was informed that my order is still in “production.” The representative couldn’t tell me if my order has started being made. The representative was trying to be helpful. But, ultimately minted has overextended themselves.
I would have got my cards done locally if I had known that I could not get my cards on time.

This is my second year of switching to Minted. Last year they shipped late after I chose fast shipping so many of our cards were sent our days before the holiday. This year I finished our cards right after Thanksgiving. Minted takes two weeks to process under normal SOP which just seems very slow given the amount they charge ($300 for our order). Still waiting.

I will never use Minted again!!! The ink on my Christmas Cards was so faded. I have been on hold for OVER AN HOUR and no response. I understand that it’s Christmas but this is ridiculous and obviously just Minted trying to get out of taking responsibility.

I've used Minted for years and just LOVE their cards. Not sure what happened this year but MINTED MUST look at this failure. It's a BIG DEAL.
Terrible production issues and communication.
Ordered Christmas cards on November 29th. I declined the proof so I could get them by December 9th(promised). Yesterday I was told they’d be to me by December 13th. Today I was told they’ll be to me by December 15th—essentially a week later. I would have never ordered from Minted if I was told I wouldn’t have them until Dec 15th.
Update:Just got off the phone with customer service—he told me Minted took too many orders and can’t produce them in the time frame promised. My cards have NOT been produced yet! Wonder if I will get them at all. Spent almost $300 on cards. What a waste of money!! They told me they’d expedite shipping but first they have to produce them.
I sense a class action lawsuit over false advertising. Any lawyers interested?

Cards ordered 11/29(NO proof requested)
Promised 12/9
New delivery date: 12/22—almost a MONTH after order was placed. I will toss them in the trash as I won’t be able to mail them then.
Good news: They refunded my money, as they should.
Bad news: First time our family won’t have holiday cards in 28 years!
They need a new CEO and production manager, for sure.

My Christmas card order is missing half of the cards! I cannot believe the carelessness of this company. I’ve been reaching out to customer service but ZERO results thus far. I thought this would e a step up from Shutterfly but it’s a huge step down. Avoid this company.

I finally reached an amazing customer service representative last night after being on hold for about 45 minutes. She took care of the whole situation. She re-ordered my cards, promised to expedite them and offered a refund. I wish I kept her name. She was fabulous.! if all of this comes to fruition, I will write a further review

Customer service is a disaster. My order was damaged in delivery and returned by the shipper to Minted. I have been on the phone for over 90 minutes, and there are still "more than 10 callers ahead of you." This will likely be a 3-4 hour on hold exercise. Its online service function is no better. Best to stay away.

I tried to talk with the automated chat and it says my order arrival is updated to December 15 and they've upgraded to the fastest shipping for free (which I've already paid for). Dec 15 is almost two weeks after I placed the order and too late to send out Xmas cards. If I'd received any updates on the delivery time I would have taken this time to find an alternative. Horrible customer service experience. It started with a bad proof that was sent to us for approval. I spent over an hour online trying to get through to someone to fix it and that was after wife spent hours online attempting to fix it. The proof never really got fixed but we chanced it and ordered. The quality of the product is good however, once the cards arrived they did not send the envelopes to put them in. Another waste of hours of time trying to get someone only to be told they can’t promise expedited shipping as they don’t have co trop over that and that it’s the print qualities team to do that. I guess I don’t understand what customer service is there for if they can’t fix the problems. Overall, a HUGE waste of time and at the price of $300. Thanks but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next year.

“I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order for Christmas cards featuring my son’s holiday photos, and they were supposed to be delivered by December 2nd. When that date came and went with no delivery, I had to call to find out what was going on. After 45 minutes on the phone, they changed the delivery date to some unknown timeline and told me I’d get an email from their production team, which never happened. I paid extra for expedited shipping, and that’s the only reason I even got a refund after all that hassle. The customer service was completely unhelpful and clueless. Now who knows when (or if) I’ll actually get these cards. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else if you want your holiday memories on time.

Their customer service is useless. I ordered something time sensitive and it's late by weeks now and they won't issue a refund because they're listing items on their website made by third parties that they have absolutely no control over. The customer service emails keep going in circles saying they are there to help but are completely useless and do nothing to help.

I had accidentally selected the Express Service of Christmas Cards (no proof--direct to print). Contacted Minted right away and they could have said too bad, but instead went out of their way to find the print that was just sent to production and manually cancel for me. Luckily, I had time on my side, but they didn't have to do that. Maycy on their customer service team was super helpful. I've always loved their product (several years worth of Christmas cards in the running), but they went above and beyond today!

We ordered our wedding invitation suite from Minted and unfortunately I would not recommend it. While our design was beautiful and customizable, the quality of printing was very poor. There were stray marks on many of our invitation pieces, including the main invitation card, so some were not usable. When we contacted Minted they provided a small discount. Thankfully we had over-ordered so we did not have to ask for the pieces to be re-printed. Overall I would expect much higher quality printing for the price point. I don’t want couples in the future to have the same problem, so I would recommend against this.
Update: Minted reached out after responding to my review, but just summarized the discount I had already received, and didn't offer anything else.

1.)Received someone else’s order. Had to all but provide a blood sample to Minted to prove we were in fact not another couple with two huskies. That we were just a couple with one silver lab. Was asked to provide proof via pictures over 4x after I already submitted photographic evidence 2x. 2.)Received replacement order over a week later. Minted misprinted this order when they added a big x block at the end. And you guessed I had to provided pictures again. Sent 1x and was asked 2x more. 3.)Was advised they would overnight replacement order round 2 and overall attempt # 3. By overnight they meant they’ll send it to me in another week at the soonest. I didn’t realize a printing company has this much trouble printing. For anyone who needs something in a timely manner I’d shop elsewhere.

I order from Minted yearly, for our holiday cards. I appreciate the designs as well as the quality card stock. I’ve never had any issues. Today I needed customer service to help me change a photo, and the online rep was very patient with me and helped me for well over 30 minutes. The service was fantastic.

We have ordered from Minted before and loved our experience. This year, our order got mixed up and we mistakingly received the wrong order. I called customer service and the representative immediately processed a new order AND issued a refund for the troubles. It was above and beyond what I would have expected.
