I spoke to the lady, who was very empathic about my accident. I tend to ramble on when im nervous or speaking to new people. Which calmed them down.
She explained all the next steps, about the portals and the physio that I will need, who the company would be. Overall I've good outcome with the call.

It's an absolute pleasure to deal with this company, they've made a very stressful event a lot easier even for an internet idiot like me!I wasn't too fussed for the portal process so I asked for paper format and ultimately they obliged for which I am very grateful, also they've arranged medical care and treatment,I would definitely recommend minster law

I would just like to give tremendous thanks to Minster Law for all their support, and guidance in resolving my motorbike claim from serious injuries that I sustained in an RTC 17/12/2023.
Should a similar event happen again, I would have no qualms of using Minster Law.

No communication from ANY team from May 2026, keep chasing but to no avail
Ironic that I leave a negative review publicly and get a reply instantly yet my case still remains open and still not resolved

Dylan was amazing, he took me through everything and made everything seem less and clear as well as the opportunity to ask any questions. Given that the firm closes at 5 and I was out through to him at 4:50 with a 30 min procedure to go through, he was thorough and calm and made me feel at ease.
Great service, lovely guy!
