I was unsure which walking boots to buy, but Shaun really helped me decide on Merrell Men's Accentor 3 GORE-TEX® Mid Boots) - in a personal way, without pressure.

It would be great if Millets would make sure that items listed as in stock at a particular store are actually in stock.
A potentially wasted journey was rescued with the help of great staff, however, with Dan offering good advice and running up and down stairs to the storeroom to help me find an alternative.
I love my Brasher shoes btw and hardly knew I had them on during my first long walk.

Popped into Millets today with my daughter as she prepares for her first camping trip, and we weren’t quite sure where to start. Shaun was absolutely fantastic; friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in finding exactly what we needed. He made everything so easy, and the bill coming in under £25 instead of the expected £60+ was a brilliant surprise. Shaun is a real asset to Millets, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much bother. I needed the only pair of shorts in my size left, which was on a mannequin in the window and they kindly got this for me. Exceptional customer service. A lot of retail staff are a bit grumpy these days, these two are an asset to the company.

Great customer service from Dan, who was helpful in finding the item I needed (very large sports type bag) and demonstrating its functionality. Also made sure that I got my blue card discount. All in all a great service.

Dan was really helpful and honest in helping me choose a suitable rucksack and some other bits for my sons DofE trip and had good knowledge of the products.

Went in looking for a work rucksack and although the type of/ configuration of pockets wasn’t on any of the bags I saw, what I did see were a crate of Eurohike rucksacks 25L which were well made and with a decent amount of pockets and areas for drinks, chargers etc. These were £10 each, staggering value. The team in store were polite, engaging and knew their store and goods. Great shopping.

Shop layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for, pleasant to shop. Dan is a cheerful & helpful sales assistant.
