Fantastic staff
The staff (both Jude and Dan) were understanding of what I needed, and were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I think Jude even stayed late while I was choosing which pair of walking boots to buy. Thank you guys! I will definitely be back to this store.

Helpful staff
We have visited twice for my sons Duke of Edinburgh equipment and staff have been so helpful and knowledgeable.

Best shoe fitting experience I've had
After mistakenly ordering the wrong size online, I popped into the shop to double check I could exchange for another size in-store. Dan suggested trying out other sizes and shoes while I was there, and he was really attentive and was super helpful. I struggle to find shoes to fit my feet and shoe shopping is therefore a tedious, time-consuming, and generally negative experience for me. He was so helpful with shoe suggestions and advice, and making sure they'd have the size I wanted ready for exchange, it really made such a positive difference to the whole endeavour.
