The boys at Stroud millets are absolutely fabulous. I was quickly greeted by smiles at the door & after a little bit of browsing had a couple questions. Nat was very friendly and answered my questions clearly and his colleague Callum offered to find the particular bag online because it wasn't in stock at the store. I had a few more things on my checklist (any other parent who's kids are doing dofe know my pain) and when I got to the till Alex was really friendly and gave me a lot of very helpful advice and information! Excellent experience, definitely surprised to see it these days after my past experiences with JD!

Excellent service
Alex couldn’t have been more helpful when I was shopping for walking shoes. He quickly found my size in a number of styles and was very knowledgeable about the waterproof aspect. He also had advice about walking trainer socks and found some on line while I was browsing other items in the shop.

Such a great local store
I just spoke to Callum at the Stroud store about a refund because a pair of hiking boots were slightly too small for my daughter when she tried them on at home. Amazing helpful, great customer service, I always feel very lucky to have such a friendly local store, it never fails to impress.

Both Alex and Andrew were incredibly helpful when we needed to sort our son out with a whole list of kit for his D of E trip. They went out of their way to find items for us, make great suggestions and look online to order anything not available. We also loved that it was such a dog friendly shop!!
