Every time I go in this shop it's a very pleasing experience. There's always a member of staff ready to greet you and always willing to help if need be. Today, I was greeted by Kerry with a friendly "Hello" and a smile. She was able to assist me with a particular pair of walking shoes I'd been looking at and which thanks to her patience & understanding I went on to buy.
Thoroughly recommend this branch with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. By the way - if they haven't got what you want in stock, they'll order it for you!

I went to enquire about an air shelter, not in shop stock but Cheryl said order here and it would to be delivered straight to home. Great store, great staff and a good shopping experience.
The order was delivered the next day. Super fast delivery and excellent service from Millets!!

Andover staff very helpful
The Lady with the coloured hair in the Andover branch was so helpful (as always) and knew lots about the products. We placed an order for camping bunk beds. Great service and great staff.

Great place to shop
The store was clean, tidy and well laid out. The assistants, Kerry and Angela, greeted us and were interested and engaged. They signposted the offers in store and actively sold up (which I never mind). All in all a great shopping experience.

Went in for army cadet camp supplies and the stuff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! Kerry and Charlie were knowledgeable and knowing I was on a tight budget gave advice without judgement. 💯 recommend.
