Great delivery service of fresh milk, I have been using this company for years and I can’t fault their service and customer care. Ordering extra milk or other products is easy on the website or app, you can suspend deliveries when away. I was always forgetting to buy milk on the way home, so this is super convenient, you can order extra milk for the next day before 9pm. It has been delivered in all weathers too.

Milk and other products are delivered to the doorstep reliably and we rarely have any of the items ordered out of stock. However this summer, despite having a cool box with ice packs, the milk has more often been sour than not.

No matter the weather hail,snow, blow or the temperature reaching new heights our products are delivered to our door on time. Milk and More are always reliable and good value for money. Milk and More will always inform you of any changes they need to make well in advance of your delivery.

We have been with Milk & More for about 5 years now and apart from a very few occasions the milk is always on the doorstep by 7 am. When there have been days where there has been a problem (about 1 per year on average) the order has been delivered by 10am.
Great service from our milkman and glass bottles are rinsed and returned.

Milk & More fresh milk is always delivered to our door never late or missed. I cannot fault this service at all, the milk tastes delicious and does not go off as quickly as shop bought.

Milk &More provide an excellent service winter and summer.We have never been let down with deliveries over the last six years . Would recommend to anyone .

The website is good for ease of cancelling for holidays or changing orders . I’d milk deliveries if you can. I’ve saves 25 years of accumulating plastic supermarket milk cartons . That’s a lot of plastic we needn’t have in the world . And that’s great!

I have been chasing this company for a refund since beginning of June and each time I am put through to a very incompetent customer service based in Pakistan and seem to have no idea on how to resolve my issues and refund me for the non delivery of the products.

About 5 times now I haven't got my Avant sparkling water trays of 12!

I phoned on Wednesday morning because I was given still water. Then the person on the phone in your call centre abroad said, leave that out overnight on Thursday & the milk person will swap it for sparkling water because that's what you've paid for (& as I told her, that costs more than the still water anyway). I left out the wrongly delivered still water but the milk person didn't come, even though the call centre person told me would.

Therefore, I had to take time yet again to phone on Friday morning & it took ages explaining - there's a communication barrier - to try to get the person to understand what had happened. Eventually, they gave me a refund & said for me to order sparkling water again & it will definitely come on Sunday night, Monday morning. She said she would email the depot to ensure I get sparkling water. Therefore, I ordered & paid for a tray of sparking water again, this Sunday, but again it has not come. I just looked at my step after I heard the milk person come: there's yoghurt but no sparkling water delivery yet again! & I had politely left out the still water (wrongy left on Thursday) with a notice on it that this was to be returned.

Hence, what is going on? The person on the phone on Friday said that the person on the phone on Wednesday was wrong because you don't do swaps, & the person on the phone on Friday said that she would definitely email the depot so that I would definitely get my sparkling water if I re-ordered it on this Sunday for Monday morning, which I did.

You're messing me about; I've been a loyal customer for nearly 6 years & this is the fourth or fifth time I've ordered sparkling water & I haven't had it delivered. You've put the price up from £4.09 to £4.15 so you must still be selling it being as you put the price up.

I'll have to go to the shop tomorrow now & carry heavy trays of sparlling water, but I don't drive & it'll be heavy......sparkiing water is what I drink daily, & especially in the heatwave we are having!

You're supposed to be convenient. I don't call this convenience. I call this messing about a loyal customer. I really do.

After many years, the service is still as good as it ever was. If there is a problem - rarely - it is sorted out quickly and efficiently and, sometimes, before I even know about it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
