I received a refund from a order I cancelled because it wouldn’t arrive in time and I wake up the next day after receiving the refund to be charged again!

I ordered boots their way to small and in order to get a refund I have to pay for shipping AGAIN which I feel is very unfair I’ll never buy from this company again I wish I’d read reviews first, red flags evident. I get 85% of my money back when I paid 100%!!! Then they hold the address hostage until you agree to pay the shipping again!!

Joke of a company,need to return purchase of shoes, too small and not like the picture shown!Was held on pending till my time for return ran out,then ordered to pay! I used Klarna, they tried to contact Milanoo,to no avail…I returned the goods, have proof of postage.. still not heard nor has Klarna.
Looks like a big con to me,first time I have used them,it will be my last… please don’t use this company a big rip off…I’m at a loss!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Do yourself a favour and read the experiences. Do not order unless you want to lose money. I ordered a dress shirt, I took my measurements which on their scale made me an XXL, even though I am 40 inch chest, but I ordered it and when delivered it was so small it was kids size. It was then I got to run around. Offered me 25% back and I could keep the shirt. What am I going to do with a kids shirt. Then they told me I had to post it back at my own expense and it would take 6 weeks to process the refund once they receive. Their business model is glitzy advertising, you order, they send out whatever cheap rubbish they want and then make it nearly impossible or un-worthwhile to return. They win

I wish I read reviews before purchasing
I wish I read reviews about this company before I ordered bride shoes from this ordinary website.
The quality is very poor, it feels like the shoes are made out of cardboard and the site doesn't feet. I wanted to return. They don't pay you back the shipping for delivery of your order, neither for return. Plus, they say they take 15% taxes on your return for environment... If you want to contact them in regards to your return, because they don't mention on their website where to ship back your product, be aware that they reply every 2 days and also consider you need to return your product 2 weeks after delivery. So you won't be in time. Moreover, they ask you to send pictures as a proof for the reason why you want to return your product. Which is illegal in Europe, nobody is asking you such a thing for online shopping, but only an ordinary Chinese scam company would do that. Never order from this website!!!

Company wont take my return
I purchased the VALENTINO ROSSI online but did not fit. I contacted by email and i kept getting qa reply asking the same thing over and over -why return: with a list of there company policy I should read.
after two weeks and not getting anywhere i looked into reviews on Milanoo and see I am not the only one.

This is the most disgusting company I have ever used. Also you have to wait so long for them to respond back to you, by the time they have responded your time is expired to return the goods. You also have to pay for them to be sent back to another country. I will never use this company again.
