Nice Design and Comfort, but Low Quality for the Price
I bought Boots from Miista, and while they are comfortable and have a really nice design, I was disappointed with the overall quality for the price. The materials do not feel very durable, and after a short time of use, there are already visible signs of wear. They look great and feel good to wear, but for this price, I expected much better quality.

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with my experience with Miista.
At the end of January, I purchased a pair of boots that cost 445€. I loved the design and was excited about them, which makes this even more frustrating. After only around two months of normal wear, the shoes are already significantly damaged: the sole is coming off, the heel is damaged, and the leather is showing severe wear.
For shoes with this price, I expected much better quality. I contacted customer service hoping for a fair solution, but my complaint was dismissed as “normal wear and tear,” and I was only offered a contribution of up to €30 towards a repair.
I find this very disappointing. Shoes costing nearly €450 should last far longer than two months, and I expected much better customer care from MIISTA.
I genuinely love the look and design of Miista shoes, but based on this experience, I feel let down both by the product quality and by how the issue has been handled.

I ordered the Fabi Boots a few months ago, I have to say the boots are looking great and the purchase and delivery also went smoothly.
The quality of the boot are a bit under my expectation, the brown colour I bought is now a bit washed out because I wore the boots once and it rained!
Also they are not getting more comfy, after a few months still when I wear them it hurts.

Excellent quality, packaging and delivery time
I’m had a great experience with Miistra, delivery was quick and efficient amd the product is as expected.
I bought a pair of shiny leather boots which I love. The only feedback I have is that I am a bit unsure of what is the best leather product to use to protect the finish.

How to care for shiny leather:
Step 1
Start by gently wiping away any excess dirt with a soft cloth. Avoid hard brushes, as they could damage the topcoat of the leather.
Step 2
Once the dirt and dust have been removed, use a sponge to apply a hydrating cream suitable for shiny leather. Apply a thin, even layer over your shoes and leave them to dry.
Step 3
Once dry, use a cotton cloth to polish the leather in gentle circular motions to restore the shine.
