My door was broken and wouldn’t close properly. Today, the engineer, Eddie, came and fixed it. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I really appreciate his hard work and would like to thank him. I would also like to thank Middleheart for their excellent service. Highly recommended

Resolution!
Ann resolved the case with a no nonsense approach. The noise had been going on for months so I was not hopeful . I was wrong. She was fantastic and a complete professional.

Rain in kitchen for 5 years
After sending our last email, very disappointed to not hear from senior staff member to make contact and make appointment with Sharon, Kerrie, Vicky, Michelle along with roofing contractor are all aware of this situation, scaffold erected 3 times, still raining in this is over a 3 Year period, in regards to loss of use of kitchen area this email should be passed too your complaints team to discuss compensation, due to Sharon's given health and mobility she has had major concerns over her health and safety, p.s. no point plastering ceiling before the leak is stoped
