Ordered a bike on the 11th of september. On the 21st I've mailed to ask when the bike was scheduled for preparation because I've read there were some delays possible. I've got a quick response the bike was scheduled on the 2nd of October (due to high demand). On the 5th it was processed and on the 8th it was shipped. Today on the 13th the bike was received.
Bike arrived well packed and protected (screen separated in bubble wrap), no damages, well prepared (fix the steering, fix the front wheel and add the pedals. Put the saddle that the right height and it was ready to go)

5/5 for price (lowest price guarantee received)
4/5 for time delay

Overall I can really recommend MHW bike! Not everything has to be delivered next day, so I didn't mind the extra delay.

Good: price and quick answers to emails
Bad :
1. Advertised 5-12 day delivery was actually 30 days
2. Gears were tuned so badly that I had to take my bike to bike shop to fix it
3. Bike came with weird Clik valves that needed adapter, which I had to buy before I could pump my tires.
I have spent so much extra time and money for stressing and fixing my bike, that I haven't even been able to ride it. Getting new bike should be joy, not despair. I wish I could turn back time and order from somewehre else

Excellent service. New CUBE e-bike arrived on time and pre-assembly correctly done. Good pricing also and only €10 packing and courier charge across Europe.

MHW Bike works well and the response time of their customer service is exceptionally quick during your decision process and before the payment is made. Unfortunately, the response time rapidly slows down after the purchase is made and when any problems occur. I've purchased two e-bikes. Both bikes were shipped with an ongoing recall. MHW Bike claimed that the e-bikes were fixed before they were shipped. However, Cube recall website claims the opposite. Resolving the discrepancy with MHW Bike is impossible. The only option left is to file a complaint with Verbraucherzentrale in Schwabisch Hall. Additionally, Cube offered as a compensation ACID front lights that MHW Bike didn't send with the orders. Only after an inquiry about the not-delivered compensation, MHW Bike mailed them.

Almost three weeks after placing the order—even though the bike was in stock when I paid—I was told it had sustained serious damage in two areas and could only be shipped with a negligible 5% discount.
I do NOT recommend.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the shipment and the very kind service.
What holds me from giving 5 stars is the fact that the range of body length given on every Cube website in practice is correct. For me a size M frame would (1.72m) still be within the range, but the standard dropper in the frame did not support the needed saddle height. I had to buy a new dropper. Cube and MHW-Bike state that I had better buy the L frame. Therefor I was not eligible for any compensation. So best test your bike size with the standard dropper somewhere at a dealer before you buy online !!!!!!

MHW-Bike Customer Service is - in my experience - quick and responsive. I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, quite opposite needs to be said about assembly and delivery that should get 0 stars. The website informs potential buyers that the delivery will take 5-12 days. Nevertheless, after the purchase, suddenly the seller informs (only if you contact them) of a delay and the delivery time of up to a month. Do they know that “Under EU guidelines, the merchant must deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the order date”? Maybe not since some buyers complain about deliveries past 30 days. In such cases, buyers should file complaints and demand a refund. My experience concerning their “all the time” delay is shorter than 30
days. Still, priding themselves in quick
deliveries and promising 5-12 days but not fulfilling the promise is to me a planned disinformation if not dishonesty. Therefore the company gets from me 2 stars. I understand that during the high season assembly may take longer but the buyer has the right to know that before the purchase.

I will never buy anything from here again. Worst customer service you can ever image. Have been waiting for my bike over half a year. They seem to be unable to take zero responsibility of issues and not sure I will ever receive a bike from them

Everything went smoothly - bike was shipped to Romania. As someone else mentioned, the package was opened (probably security check, or something), but everything was intact and unharmed.
It was easy to assemble, by far the best price + the personalized mug was a very pleasant surprise.

Fast shipping to Finland. Warranty issue was handled excellently. I really recommend this shop.

I bought a bike for my son. When it came the gear shifter was damaged and it had some scratches. I wrote to MHW-bike and got a rapid reply! splendid. very kindly they offered me to cover the charges up to a certain point - which is fair.

Went to the shop, got it repaired everything is good.

BUT then MHW never returned. I wrote them 3 more times asking about the refund, when it would arrive or if they needed anything from me. No answer. Several mails and several weeks, just no answer.

I ordered a bike from MHW BIKE in November 2024 with a promised delivery in week 8. Shortly after placing the order, they charged my credit card, but since then, the delivery has been postponed multiple times—most recently to week 20.

I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that I can cancel the order if the delivery is delayed further, but they have now stopped responding to my messages. It is unacceptable to take payment for a product they apparently cannot deliver and then ignore customers when issues arise.

I cannot recommend shopping here if you expect reliable delivery and customor service.

I bought two bikes from MHW bike and this has been a complete nightmare.

One bike has a faulty Enviolo gear and has been unusable since the day I received it. It’s been over two months, and their service team keeps making me wait with no real solution.
The second bike was promised for delivery in week 12, but now they say it will be week 17. Who knows if I’ll even get it then?
This company is not trustworthy. Once they have your money, they don’t care about fixing issues or keeping their promises. If you're considering buying from them, be prepared for delays, broken products, and terrible customer service.

Online/ international sales are a challenge, so MHW Bike-House did a great job. Very good contact before buying bikes, fast and efficient delivery. Maybe better packaging is missing, but contact and help after the sale is very important. I recommend Dariusz from Gdansk (PL)
