I purchased the Pair of 3 Drawer…
I purchased the Pair of 3 Drawer Bedside Tables – Hales White Range last August for my spare room, so they have had very little use.
By April this year, while cleaning around the edges, I noticed small chips appearing in the veneer. It seems the bonding of the veneer is breaking down, which is something I would not expect to happen in less than a year.
I contacted customer services, not because I wanted to return the furniture, but because I wanted to understand why the veneer was deteriorating so quickly. The only response I received was that the items were outside the returns policy period, which completely missed the point of my enquiry.
For comparison, I have an IKEA dressing table in the same room, exposed to exactly the same conditions, and it has not shown any signs of deterioration.
Based on my experience, Melody Maison appears to think this level of durability is acceptable. If you're happy replacing your furniture every six months, these may be suitable. Otherwise, I would avoid them due to the poor quality and disappointing customer service.

Ordered a console table. A damaged one was delivered. Asked for replacement. Another damaged one was delivered. Had to ask for refund. Will never order anything again from this lesser known supplier. Better to go to high street suppliers like John Lewis, Next etc

The delivery service for the mirror arrived quickly and was securely packaged which is always a concern when a mirror is in transit - no need to worry!
I’ve waited a long time to find the right mirror for the space and I’m so glad I did, it’s absolutely beautiful as the quality is immaculate and with the product exceptionally well priced, I’m delighted.

Disappointed with my resent purchase,a round burgundy wavey edge tray.
I wanted this to carry my morning cuppa up to bed .
It has marked very badly only after a few weeks.
I'm not rough with things, the cups have been dry on the bottom, but the heat from the mug has left substantial ring marks.
I'm stilighly disappointed ,as it doesn't look very nice now.🤔 It serves it purpose,but doesn't look great.

Dropped a star due to the time it took…
Dropped a star due to the time it took to deliver and also the amount of boxes wrapped around it. Delivery driver said I had to take all the boxes!
But the quality of the mirror was excellent, looks lovely hanging in the bedroom.

Second failed delivery
Second order from this company. Second failed delivery. Despite ordering specific date two weeks in advance and paying for the privilege. The order was attempted delivery to the wrong address despite all contact details being correct. Once again forced to take time off work at my own expense to rearrange. It’s just not good enough. It doesn’t matter how nice the furniture is if trying to get it is this inconvenient.
@Melody Maison, regarding your response I was at the address try reading all the emails I have sent you and responding to them rather than trying to cover your backs on an online platform.
