Customer for 16 years. Excellent, safe and effective prouducts made in America by a family owned company that employs thousands of American families and competes with the big box stores and globalist conglomerates! I love voting with my dollars by supporting Melaleuca!

Awhile back I initially purchased a Home Conversion Pack and replaced everything I had with their products. In 14 months and many reorders later, I can say I love the quality and the ease of ordering exceptional Made In America products!! For the last six months, I’ve been taking the Peak Performance Total pack and feel better than ever, sleeping easier and able to stop taking three medication‘s the VA had me on!

I needed healthy products that were non toxic. Doing my research Melaleuca's products are the best. Their customer service is one of the best. They are kind, helpful and they always have a solution to a question. I have been a customer for over 8 years now and not planning to leave anytime soon.

I have been a customer with Melaleuca for 4 years and I absolutely LOVE this company. The products are affordable, they work, and are safe for my family & I. I refuse to shop big box agenda pushing and poisoning companies. Melaleuca has been a God send for us! It has been seem less changing to Melaleuca to get our consumables. It's a no brainer for me!

Been with melaleuca shopping for about a year now.. love the safe high quality naturally sourced products "child no cap lock needed safe" makes me feel good with my kids

Customer service is also amazing always great to deal with.

One time had a delivery the box was really messed up and things were missing and broken (no fault to melaleuca) 100% the fault of the people handling the package through shipping.. seemed like they tossed it dropped it ran it over all of the above lol..

No questions asked melaleuca just sent replacements!

Some people seem to be confused or unfortunately miss led by someone that shared the company with them.

again how someone shares information is not at the fault of the company, they take pride and making sure everyone follows certain guidelines and standards.

To answer a few main things I see pop up.. yes they have an amazing membership option to get discounted pricing on all items and in order to keep that membership you have to purchase x amount per month

BUT you do not have to be a member if it doesn't suit your individual budget or personal needs and you can shop as a non member with non member pricing as you want with no commitment.. think of it like a Costco or Sam's club..

And yes you can buy just the beef if that is what you prefer..

And if you did sign up as a member and decide it's not for you, it's very easy to cancel or pause membership any time.. I personally did it myself for a few months well moving and then re opened my account no issues at all, no surprise charges etc..

I love the Melaleuca products. The cleaners have been a game changer because of the non-toxic ingredients. My son is prone to headaches and the smell of name brand cleaners made him I'll. I had high cholesterol and started taking one of Melaleuca’s supplements to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. My cholesterol numbers dropped significantly and my doctor wanted to know what I was doing. So excited.

The products are fabulous! I have been shopping here for over 2 years and love getting better, safer products for my home. Not to mention they are a debt-free American manufacturer so not controlled by others, and my money isn't funding things I don't agree with. It's a win-win!

We have been shopping with Melaleuca since February 2017. We love the products and the pricing compares to what we used to pay at Walmart or Target.

I will not be joining in this enterprise. As an elderly retired couple we have no need to buy $80 a month for household products, even if they are environmentally improved: it is not economically possible on my income structure. If we bought this amount it would certainly fill the bill for an entire year, and not the month the 'subscription' calls for. Sorry, but I checked it out and shopped a fair day to be honestly interested and I do not see a lot for anyone in our situation. Good luck catering to entire families with many carefree filthy children or oil worker relations under one roof or in one compound. It's just not for us. We would have to be much more lazy or dirty to take any kind of advantage of this 'offer'. If there was something A WHOLE LOT LESS in the financial obligation department, it would be more attractive.

I have been with the company as a shopper since April 2023. I read the negative reviews and honestly they are not really valid. It's a shopping club. The videos and the website has more information then you could possible need. The complainers just didn't pay attention to what they signed up for and didn't bother to read or watch anything on the website. The company doesn't just take your money. SMH. You are offered great products, they have specials every month, they give you hundreds of dollars in free stuff and an opportunity to make money if you choose. Walmart doesn't do that. Money back guarantees, 450+products, stop at anytime, shipped to your door, less waste, healthier, better for the environment, option to make money, company with American values that is not poisoning you or destroying America. If you want more then it is you that is the problem. Company is just fine.

These guys are crooks. They don't give proper information about anything. Took money from me and won't reimburse me.
I was told I would get all my money back and didn't. I canceled my membership and they still took my money out of my account.

The products are decent and yes they are made in America but they are not for the average American. The products are way overpriced compared to their counterparts in the stores. Yes they have less toxic ingredients but why am I paying so much more for less ingredients? They require you to buy every month and an minimum order is no less than $80 to count as your monthly order. I don't need products every month and I am trying to cut costs due to inflation. This company has the earmark of putting you in debt. Not to mention - the people that referred me rarely actually answer questions or if they do, they are short.
