I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the team at Mega Motorcycle Store / Alpinestars, especially Tom (Store Manager), who has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Over the course of sorting different gear, sizing issues, exchanges, and plenty of back and forth on my side, Tom has gone above and beyond every single time. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him. He’s consistently been welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I walked away happy every time. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare nowadays.

A big thank you also goes to Tyler, who has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process as well. Both of them have made a genuinely positive experience, and it’s clear they actually care about their customers rather than just making a sale.

That said, Tom in particular has been the standout throughout all of this. The level of effort, professionalism, and personal attention he gives is honestly second to none. Because of him, Mega Motorcycles has become my go-to place for all riding gear, clothing, and accessories.

I genuinely wouldn’t consider shopping elsewhere, and if Tom ever moved stores, I’d follow him without hesitation because service like that is impossible to replace.

Very Impressed with the range of product and prices.
For a nominal amount of money I replaved my AGV K3SV helmet for a fraction of the price currently being offered by other vendors, I also then purchased a number of other products and expected a long delay in delivery as we are off shore in the U.K..
Two days later a knock at the door and everything was delivered within the price - packed exceptionally well.
Great experience - will use again...
